Fabulous penthouse perfect for couples who want to enjoy a romantic vacation in Barcelona. The design is characterized by its fresh red and white color scheme, as well as its mix of contemporary and vintage elements, such as pop art and round mirrors that adorn the living room.
The living room is divided into a lounge area with a cozy red sofa and a dining space with a table for 4. From there, some red-painted metal stairs lead to the large private terrace furnished with table and chairs, and which is the place perfect for sunbathing or sharing a dinner under the stars. The room and its furnishings also feature the same color scheme: a large bright white wardrobe, comfortable red and white pillows, and a bright red headboard. The room has a small balcony where the washing machine and clothesline are located. The fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower complete the apartment.

Very nice apartment in the centre of Barcelona. The most advantage - is a big terrace - very important on our opinion.
Die Wohnung war sehr schön, gepflegt und sauber. Die Wohnung hat eine sehr schöne Terrasse, die wir aber leider aus Zeitgründen nur sehr wenig nutzen konnten. Die Lage am Placa de Espana war auch gut mit guter U-Bahn und Bus Anbindung.
All questions between us, agency and landlord were fast solve. Good arrangement of furniture in the apartment. It have everything you need (the kitchen, toilet, bedroom, enough space, enough sunlight...) We did not have in apartmant hair drayer (but it was not so important for us). The building has no elevator and it is impracticable when you have child! Thanks,

Siamo molto soddisfatti della scelta dell\'appartamento, piccolo ma carino e funzionale. Posizione strategica per la vicinanza della metropolitana e di un bel mercato dove poter fare acquisti. Unica difficoltà la scala di accesso veramente stretta.

Muy muy caro
Estimada Begoña, los precios de los alojamientos van en función de el apartamento que escoge. Lamentamos los inconvenientes y esperamos que su estancia haya sido placentera.
Muy bien ubicado, cercano a estaciones de metro y la atención de Barcelona Home muy buena. Detalles, está en un tercer piso ( equivalente a cuarta planta) sin ascensor, así que para los que viajan con mucho equipaje o tienen dificultad de movilidad puede ser un tanto complejo.
Lo más destacable es la ubicación y el servicio por parte de Bea, que se preocupa por resolver los problemas a los clientes.

El piso es realmente bueno y muy bien situado, la ducha un poco estrecha y el internet va algo lento, pero sin dudas volvería.

Terrazza terrazza! Praticamente l'appartamento l'ho usato solo per dormire e fare la doccia! Volgio una terrazza cosí a casa mia!
this apartment was good. it was the second time we found an apartment with barcelona-home. close to metro and market, and plaza espanya. i was glad to live here, it is a safe and nice neighbourhood. and i got to practice a lot of spanish and also learned a lot of catalan with all the neigbours from the neighbourhood! many parks around as well.

The best was the stile and finish of the apartment. Terrasses! Off from the main tourists but close to the center.
We really liked how modern and clean it was. The staff were very nice and professional. The bed was very comfortable and the apartments location was great.

we stayed here for just 3 nights and had an amazing time! the apartment was super modern, very clean, spacious and good equipped. also the location was a plus, we already know that is was in the city center but with the tube you can go anywhere in only less than 20 minutes! if you dont wanna go far at night for a tapas there is a bar realy close to this apartment, we went there 2 times and had the best patatas bravas.
I can really recommend this place. Light is a very important thing for me, and this place has a lot of it. Market just across the street, and metro right outside the door. Perfect

I came with some friends for a weekend trip! The flat was so nice like the same looking like on the pictures. We really had a great stay in this flat and in Barcelona. The service during the check-in was very good!!!

I went to barcelona there two months. the apartment was great, very modern and clean :) BH was also our salvation when we have lost our passports because they had a Fotocopie it for them have been our travel! I will choose BH again when I come back in Barcelona! :)

Je tiens à recommander cet appartement qui se situe à côté de la Plaza España. Le balcon terrasse est un grand atout car en plus d\'être grand, la rue n\'est pas bruyante. Concernant l\'appartement, il est très bien agencé et lumineux.
