Description
Charming apartment with a rural design and an enviable central location in the Born district. The bedroom features 1 double bed, elegant wooden floors and pale blue walls, which will make you feel very comfortable and at home. The living room has an open plan with a comfortable sofa facing a table for 2 and a TV, as well as a country style kitchenette with lovely mustard yellow walls and a corner SMEG fridge. We love the details that remind us of a country house, including the raw brick walls, the antique chest and the restored wooden doors to the sunny balcony. You will have access to a bathroom with a shower and a toilet mounted on a wooden platform. Floor with alarm for your safety.
The fantastic location of the accommodation will allow you to reach many popular sites on foot. These include the Arc de Triomf, the Ciutadella, the Santa Caterina Market, the Picasso Museum and the Barcelona Cathedral. The area is known for its maze of narrow, winding alleyways lined with clothing stores and some of the best restaurants in the city. For a very special dinner we recommend Comerç 24, run by the famous Catalan chef Carles Abellan. Or for delicious wine and cheese visit En Aparté in Plaza de Sant Pere and enjoy people-watching on the quaint terrace.

I enjoyed my stay in the apartment. Loved the small balcony. It was a quiet neighbourhood and perfect location near metro and walking distance to main attractions. A bit cold in the winter months.
Excelente ubicación, puedes ir andando a cualquier parte, solo utilizamos el metro para ir a Sagrada Familia. A pesar de estar tan céntrico, pudimos descansar perfectamente porque el piso es muy silencioso.

Super studio apartment. I loved the fact it was right in the heart of downtown Barcelona, more than enough bars, places to eat and drink nearby. If you are looking to have fun, this is the place.

Het appartment is een beetje oud, maar het is charmant. Het was gezellig en de locatie heeft vele pubs and bars waar je kunt een biertje krijgen

Fantastic wee studio in Born. Awesome location, right up my ally, pubs,bars and nightlife galore. The flat has everything you need, sometimes I wouldn't even bother leaving the apartment, just relax and enjoy the view from the top floor.

Appartement très confortable pour vivre à deux ou seul. Il est très bien isolé, la rue ne s\'entend pas. L\'agencement fait que nous n\'avons pas l\'impression d\'être dans un 40m2.
