Family apartment situated in a nice building which displays a vintage industrial style with brick veneer walls in the living room and in the bathroom. It features as well tiled floors of origin in most rooms. It comes with a spacious living room, with exposed beams and wooden floors, giving the whole a certain character, furnished in an original and spacious way, which brings out brightness and an impression of volume. In addition, it features an exceptional chill out area, equipped with a small wooden bar and stool, where to relax with a good book.
It is situated in the district of Sants, a very quiet and safe area, well served by public transport, since the main railway station Sants Estacio is merely a few meters away. This will prevent you from feeling isolated while enjoying all the amenities it has to offer. It also hosts many shops and establishments in which you can spend a nice afternoon.

great apartment ! very big and spacious and exactly like on the photos. Everything was fully equipped, also a big TV was a plus. There were many different shops, pharmacies and fruits stores around. The metro and main train station were 3 min away. The neighbourhood was very calm and quiet. The owner was very very friendly and always tried to solve our problems as soon as possible. Even when the wifi was not working, he came to share the Internet from his phone. The only minus is that the flat is quite dark - due to the additional patio. Also it is quite cold in winter time - electric heaters take a lot of energy but they are not capable of heating up the whole flat. Highly recommend!
