Neighbors doing ongoing construction added to the noisy surroundings. Very convenient location for groceries as well (both Capbrabo and Dia % literally right there), and good local bar (Siboney) and fine dining restaurant (Matagana) within one block. Price was good considering this is a major metropolitan area. The wi-fi was wicked fast and I liked not having to worry how much bandwidth, electricity, water, or gas I was consuming, as it was all included in the prepaid rent. Something is wrong with the heating unit, however, as the unit shut itself down a few times due to build up of gases. This was VERY inconvenient during mid shower when the water got ice cold in an instant. Overall, I\'m glad I took this flat. Despite its problems, the pros outweighed the cons, and Marc did right by me.
