This spacious 75m2 apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms is ideal for a family or group of friends who want to have a comfortable time in a central area of Barcelona. The apartment includes a living room with a large grey sofa, a small table, a television, a dining area with a table and six chairs and some decorations. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils to be installed today. The accommodation has 3 rooms: a large room with a double bed and the other two rooms with two single beds each. All the rooms have cupboards to store your belongings.
There are 2 bathrooms with showers, which will be very useful if several people need to get ready at the same time. Being a high floor, it is very bright and has beautiful views from the balcony. The building has an elevator and the apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, and all the basic appliances and utensils.

The apartment is very central so you can walk to many places downtown or use the nearest metro stations, Sant Antoni (L2) and Poble Sec (L3), to go to any corner in the city.
More specifically, many trendy bars and restaurants are opening in the area, where you can experience such local practices as vermouth time; or the famous tapas.

Reviews
The apartment was clean, good location and interesting interior style. Although we didn't like that the kitchen was not so big.
It was good that there are a lot of cafes around, cause we don't love to cook. The apartment was clean and places near the center. Bad thing was that we had some trouble with the water the first day, but after we called the owner, the problem was solved.

Я тут жила с семьей, нам всё понравилось. Много места, хорошо расположена. Хотелось бы ближе к станции метро, но и так было ок.
