Description
This impressive home has a unique and contemporary interior design, and enjoys an enviable location in the central Eixample district. The living room features a red and white color scheme and an eclectic mix of bright red ceilings, granite flooring, and an assortment of modern and vintage furnishings that are both comfortable and stylish. From here there is access to a small balcony and a corridor opens that connects with the rooms and ends in a spacious, well-lit dining room, in the same style as the living room, equipped with designer table and chairs, and connected to the private terrace.
Sliding doors separate the dining room from the modern kitchen with an angular design, which has all the necessary equipment to cook during your stay. The bathroom also features a beautiful angular design and walls covered in solid gray tiles. The rooms, decorated based on a softer color palette.
The apartment is located a few steps from the Sant Antoni market and the metro station of the same name, which quickly connects you to any corner of the city. Nearby are also the lively Plaza Universitat, the MACBA, the Biblioteca de Catalunya and the famous Rambla. It is recommended to visit the La Boquería market and buy fresh fish to prepare a dinner.

Living room and dining room are quite small, beds were not too comfortable, noise of traffic was annoying and especially in master bedroom we woke up every morning to that noice because apartment is in first floor. There were repairs in straiway and it cause also noise to apartment early in the mornings. Terrace is small and full of stuff, and you can't relax in there, and it is all day in shadow. There were also cockroaches in bathroom. Location is great, near metro station, only 50 m to metro. And on foot you can reach center of city.

yes during your stay there were doing works in the building and also in the terrace we are sorry for the incovinient, barcelona is kind of noisy city we have traffic but if you keep windows closed and airco on then is quiet, thank you timo
We decided to rent an appartment when. We came with 2 friends in Barcelona and finally chose this one for 3 reasons : modernity, calm, and price! And it was even better than we expected! Great location, central, we could discover the city enjoying the comfort of a 4 star hotel! Go for it!
Had a great time here, and found it was well-equipped, only thing missing was a dishwasher but we coped just fine. We ate out most of the time anyway in the many of the thousands of restaurants nearby!!

We were surprised at how central the apartment was, stayed here for 2 weeks with my family and had a great holiday. Unfortunately we couldn\'t get the cooker to work the first night but the landlord was great in coming over and sorting it out straightaway. no further problems!
We had the greatest time of our life here. It\'s a modern and central, clean apartment. We were out every day, so we didn\'t spend a lot of time here. But the bed was the best one I ever slept in.

Ich habe hier eineinhalb Wochen Urlaub mit meiner Familie gemacht (Mann und 3 Kinder) und wir alle waren von der Wohnung sehr begeistert. Sie ist schön groß und wunderschön eingerichtet. Von hier aus konnten wir mit der U-Bahn die Stadt erkunden und abends haben wir gemeinsam gekocht und mein Mann und ich haben die Abende auf der Terrasse genossen. Ganz toll!

this was the perfect apartment for our stay, we lived here in 3 weeks, was perfect. only minus was that the landlord did not speek so good english.
