This place is comprised of three warm and cozy double bedrooms, two with double beds and one with separate single ones. The kitchen is a stylish two tone design, white walls and furniture and black counter-top, and it's also equipped with all the amenities you might need. Finally, there is the living room which is snug and bright, complete with chic furniture and access to the balcony, which is perfect for a leisurely breakfast while enjoying the view of the emblematic church.
Eixample is a fantastic residential district, best characterized by its modernist architecture, long streets and rather unique personality in terms of its people and itself as an urban space within the metropolitan city. Here the building frontages are different with each step and behind every corner you may find a charming boutique or a great place to eat. The location is not far from the center, especially when you have the Sagrada Familia (L2 and L5) metro station nearby.

Frankly, I never thought I could find a flat in Barcelona that\'s so close to Sagrada Familia, yet not too pricey for my taste. Most people pay so much just to come to Barcelona and visit the cathedral, I can do that in my bathrobe with a cup of coffee. That´s definitely a highlight of my experience here.
