This fantastic house has a large number of comfortable rooms and rest areas, being an ideal option for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy quality time together in Barcelona. The residence has 2 terraces: The largest, at level street, and which is accessed from the modern fully equipped kitchen, it has beautiful dark wood floors, table, chairs and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing. For its part, the terrace on the second floor, which is accessed from one of the rooms, has a small table for 2.
In the sunny and spacious living room you will find a huge corner sofa and picturesque framed figures on the wall. In the same room, the elegant dining area is decorated with a large mirror, designer lamps and is complemented by the abstract art work on the wall. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and large closets, so the house is also suitable for long-term stays. In addition, all rooms have access to a balcony, or windows overlooking the street or the outdoor patio.

Our stay in Barcelona was fantastic. This was partly due to the home where we stayed. The photos on the site do not lie. The home and facilities were perfect. Supermarket on the corner, metro Hostafranc less than 2 minutes\' walk away. We can recommend the stay to anyone. Thanks!

We really enjoyed the house it was exactly what you described very clean and lots of space for 7 people the outside area was great having most meals out there. Would recommend to others and use your website again. The staff were really friendly when we collected the keys. Just to let you know the toaster is broken it wouldn\\\'t work for us but we managed with the grill and 2 lights on the second floor steps are out it didn\\\'t bother us Many thanks again Michelle
Très belle location spacieuse bien placée dans la ville et proche du métro. Propreté impeccable. Très belle terrasse. Seul problème la literie , des planches de bois font office de sommiers , c\\\'est très inconfortable !!

The way they provided the keys is not a best practice, you need to go to their office and than to the apartment The apartment was really good, 2 single bedrooms and 3 double bedrooms. The location is great 2 tube station within less than 2 km. It only miss an hairdryer. Everything worked good with the checkout and the refund of the deposit.
Beautiful home well situated just a stone\'s throw from Hostafranks tube station so very easy and quick to get around Barcelona. Lots of space, beautifully appointed and tastefully decorated house, the outside terrace area fantastic. On the road side of the house there is a hostel and can be noisy for the bedrooms facing that side as with the heat we had to leave the windows open, but apart from that all good.

An amazing house with gym and pretty close to the beach! Very spacious, we were 2 families and we use to cook and have nice dinners and table games outside on terrace every evening that we were not feeling the necessity to go outside for party or dinner every night :) Recommended :)

The light in this apartment is beautiful. We had one day with rain, where we still enjoyed the covered terrace. The facilities and equipment i new and we all slept amazing in the beds. Spend the extra money on this apartment, it is definetely worth it.

Nous avons passé quelques jours en amoureux dans ce magnifique appartement et il a été très dur de le quitter une foi le moment du départ venu. Les 2 terrasses sont vraiment agréable lorsqu'il fait beau et l'emplacement est parfait également.

The check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated. It\'s a great place to stay with lots of space. The large terrace right next to the kitchen offers enough space to eat or chill with 10 people. The kitchen could be better equipped, there are not enough glasses and vessels for a group of 10 people. There are many shops right next to the apartment, one street away is a large market hall with local market stalls. The metro takes you to the city center in 15-20 minutes. + location + size + room + price / performance + uncomplicated check-in / check-out - Hair dryer is broken - mot much dishes in the kitchen
