The living room features a vibrant red and white color scheme, and features a table for 4, a vintage-style red sofa, and a soft white rug. We love the framed images of the famous Catalan artist Salvador Dalí, and the contrast of their white frames against the red walls. The red stairs connect the beautiful living room with the large private terrace, which has a small table. This is the perfect place to enjoy a hearty breakfast or a relaxing yoga session in the sun! Adjacent to the living room is the independent kitchen, fully equipped with top quality appliances. The sophisticated bedroom offers a clean and polished atmosphere, following the same red and white color scheme. A beautiful bathroom with shower and a small balcony where the washing machine is located complete this penthouse.

L\'appartamento è carinissimo, in ottima posizione, solo qualche minuto da Plaza d\'Espanya, autobus e metro praticamente sotto casa che ti permettono di raggiungere in breve tutte le zone d\'interesse. L\'ubicazione è proprio perfetta, le vie adiacenti sono piene di negozi e punti ristorazione. Certo per 4 persone non è proprio comodissimo, soprattutto per il bagno che è inserito nella camera da letto. Però l\'avevamo già visto e ci siamo adeguati. L\'abbiamo trovato pulito, gradevole il terrazzo, pratico il terrazzino dove è ubicata la lavatrice e dove si può comodamente stendere. L\'unico neo potrebbero essere le scale, quattro rampe con scalini molto alti, quindi non adatto a chi non ha facilità di movimento. Nel complesso tutto ok.

Appartement très sympa situé dans un quartier calme et agréable de Barcelone.
We stayed here for 3 weeks, so could have done with a few more home comforts such as a kettle or a coffee maker. On the whole the apartment is very well located for both walking (city centre would be about a 30 minute walk) or for public transport (2 mins to underground and 8 mins to centre). It is small but fine for 2 people. The terrace is excellent and very sunny, but would benefit from some more comfortable seating as well as the dining furniture. We did get some noise from the school next door but mainly because there was building work going on. Be prepared for a very hard bed - basically a thick foam mattress on some hardboard. Overall I would recommend the apartment as a great cheap alternative to a hotel n a lovely area surrounded by interesting shops with a large indoor market across the street.

We stayed in 4 but it qould be excellent for 2 persons, a sofa-bed from the living room is uncomfortable for sleeping. But generally very good location (close to metro and shops, and to the wonderful Placa Espanya). Surely the best of all apartment is the terrace outside!!! The service in the Agency is very good, close to the apartment (15 minutes walking). Very simpatic persons, thank you for everything!!!
Hello, the location is perfect. But, the second main bed is not a very qualitative one, nad the towels for the shower are a little ruff. Still, its modern, clean and in a perfect area.

My best vacation ever! Barcelona is a great city and it was very enjoyable staying in this apartment which had everything: Good location, comfort, decoration and very nice people in the Office where we did the Check in!

Barcelona?? Bien, el clima? Mal, la Barcelona del buen clima ni estuvo presente durante los días que estaba por allí, estaba nublado la mayoría de los días. El apartamento estaba muy cerca de Plaza España, lo que me ayudó a disfrutar un poco de la ciudad.
Great flat
I came to Barcelona, because I was doing an internship. I searched for a flat onlline and found this one. The service during the check-in was really good!! And the flat was very nice! The rooms were very great and had a nice design! The flat was close to a metro station and to some restaurants!

we arrived at the airport in the morning in the weekend and had to wait untill 1 to get the keys. but apartment was beautiful funny decoration and liked the red very modern. we really enjoyed barcelona!!

I spent my holidays in this great apartment was close to Plaza espania. It was very well furnished and decorated, in a beautiful modern style. The rooms were cosy, with balconies. I advise you this faboulous flat!

my boyfriend and I actually rented this apartment online before coming to barcelona to live there during the month we were looking for an apartment for longterm. at the end we actually just stayed in this one. it is really confortable and good located. and the terace is a big plus. sometimes the neighbours could be noisy.

This apartment was too great! One would feel like home, and the decor is perfect! What I really liked is that we could go on the terrace just up the steps of the stairway in the living room! It sounds strange but it's very original and this is what I was best!
