You will be housed in a quiet neighborhood, where peace and security, ideal for walks in the shadow of its sidewalks, and for rest. But it will be very close to the beach Bogatell and Mar Bella, and the modern @ 22 district, known for its avant-garde buildings, among which the Torre Agbar. Our family of two adults and two kids aged 7 and 4 had a lovely stay in this apartment. It had everything we needed and was refreshingly free from furniture and products from a certain swedish homewares store! Beds were very comfortable, with plenty of snug blankets. We stayed in early April and a few nights were quite chilly but the apartment was warm and cosy. Lovely to be able to open the shutters onto the terrace in the daytime. The area is really great for families; not very touristy, which meant we really felt like we were living like true Barcelonians for the week. Playground round the corner, great eateries, close to the beach and metro. Would recommend it and hope to return some day.
