L\'appartement est situé à 2 minutes à pied du port. Il est très lumineux et très spacieux, de plus le quartier n\'est pas bruyant. Je vous le recommande vivement.
This flat was in a very good location, with two metro stations each less than a 5 minute walk away, as well as a bus stop with the D20 bus to the beach just across the road! We initially booked a different apartment near the Sagrada Familia but due to some issues with renovation, we were given this one instead but we had no faults with it at all. In fact, it was next door to a decent sized supermarket, with lots of restaurants and bakeries nearby, making it easy to find places to eat. The cooking facilities were also pretty good, with a chopping board and kettle being the only main kitchen essentials we felt were missing. The flat also had a fair amount of storage, and plenty of space for the 5 of us. We were also impressed with the security of the flat, as it had an alarm system that we used each time we left the flat. Overall, we had a very nice time here!

I stayed in this modern apartment with my family for two week and all was perfect. The apartment is very close to the metro station of Parallel and Poble Sec, it\'s in a quite zone but very very close to La Rambla. I really recommended this apartment!

Queda sobre la segunda avenida más nombrada de Barcelona, Paral-lel. Ideal para vacacionar en familia, está muy bien distribuido. Aunque el aire acondicionado está ubicado en la sala, refresca mucho las dos habitaciones. Tiene una cocina bien equipada. Queda muy cerca de la estación del metro.

Pour les points positifs, l\'appartement est bien situé pour rejoindre des lieux de visite intéressants tels que la Plaza Catalunya, La Rambla ou Barceloneta. La cuisine est grande et très pratique. Pour les points négatifs, l\'appartement n\'est pas propre: le sol n\'a pas été aspiré; il y a des cheveux et pas mal de poussières par terre. Il n\'est pas aussi grand que les photos pourraient laisser croire. Côté service, ce n\'est pas terrible. En effet, Barcelona Home nous a donné les mauvaises clés dans son bureau situé au centre ville pour le check-in. Résultat on a attendu 30 min dehors pour attendre la personne qui nous apportait les bonnes clés. Cela aurait pu être évité s\'ils avaient fait le check-in dans l\'appartement, et non dans leur bureau, sachant qu\'ils facturent 30€ le check-in au delà de 20h. Aussi, on avait demandé si on pouvait rester 1h de plus le jour du départ (11h au lieu de 10h du matin) et ils n\'ont pas hésité une seule seconde pour nous demander 10 euros de plus par personne (soit 20 euros) pour accepter cette demande, alors que nous n\'avons rien demandé pour nous dédommager du problème de clés arrivé le jour d\'arrivée. Enfin, la caution est obligatoirement remboursée via un compte Paypal sous 15 jours, ce qui me parait pas pratique. Donc, pour conclure, je ne repasserai plus par eux pour notre prochain séjour à Barcelone, qui reste une ville magnifique.

Appartement bien situé, proche métro et mer. Quartier comprenant de petits restaurants typiques, à la cuisine savoureuse. Appartement un peu sombre, design assez moderne. Un point noir : le ménage des sols ! Je ne pense pas le louer lors de mon prochain voyage à Barcelone.
Positive aspects: The apartment is very well located (Parallel Av.), well furnished and really nice, with good kitchen and living room. A great place to stay in Barcelona with family. Negative aspect: there's no air-condicioning in the bedrooms, only in living room.

Je redoutais un peu l'était de l'appartement, mais il était parfait et nous avons pris plaisir à séjourner dans celui-ci avec ma famille. Au cœur de la ville, nous avons profiter de toutes les attractions touristiques sans nous priver.
Pasé dos semanas en este apartamento. Está muy bien ubicado. He aprovechado de todos los lugares turísticos alrededor del apartamento. La habitación está comoda. Volveré !
Appartment very well equiped and new. Confortable and sillence although been in a mayor avenue. Close to metro and Poble sec bars. Great choice!

We was very happy about this apartment. Next door in the same building was a supermarket. 14 minutes to the Las Ramblas. Close to the water \"fontene\" show 10 minutes. We had no problems at all in our holiday in Barcelona. Thank You :)
The apartment is well located and nice. Fortunately very close from the Office where we did the check in! During our stay, we had an episode with the a/a which we thought was not working properly, but the owner went immediately and showed us how tu use the remote control to change the mode for cool air...That is a very good client service :)

Yo soy de Canarias y era la segunda vez que iba a la península, mis hermanos y yo nos quedamos en un piso que queda por la playa y les digo que playa playa para un canario eso no es, ahora, la fiesta de la ciudad te vuelve loco.
Me and my boyfriend spent a weekend here and it was so lovely. Since we were just going to stay for a couple of days, we wanted to live relatively central, close to things - restaurants and the metro etc. and this place was perfect for us. I'm so thankful that I found this website! Besides, the interior was really nice and modern and above all, clean! I'm definitely going to recommend this to others.
Good stuff, we had everything we needed. but be aware of kids and neighbors shouting in the morning! Except from this I have nothing bad to say what so ever, everything was perfect

We found that the staff were very friendly and helpful, the apartments were very modern and decoration down to the wallpaper was lovely. The location itself was amazing right next to the city centre and an area that I felt safe walking in. I thought this was great value for money. But if you are looking for a nice clean place in an excellent location and value for money this is a lovely place to stay, I definitely would stay here again.

Good location, near metro stops and clubs! :) Apolo was right there ! We went to nasty Mondays every monday ! (believe it is not famous for no reason) We were 5 people, and for 13 euros a night we could not have gotten any better than this! the apartment was REALLY modern and new, it exceeded our expectations. definitely going back !
Clean, good design, relatively quiet which was very important to us, central location and convenient shopping for groceries, good reponses from Barcelona Home when we contacted them.

Appartement juste super. Très bien placé, à deux minute de la plage. L\'appartement est très propre et lumineux. De plus, on est très bien desservis en terme de transports en communs. Je vous le recommande si vous êtes en recherche d\'appartement sur Barcelone.
