Stylish apartment with a linear design plan to maximize your comfort during your short or long-term stay in Barcelona. Upon entering, there is a corridor that leads to the four bedrooms: two adorable single rooms, a double room, with two single beds and a balcony, and the main room, with a double bed. The walls of the rooms are painted in a nice calming shade of blue, they have very comfortable beds, spacious closets and decorative black and white photos of Barcelona. The living room has a fresh and welcoming design; a white shelf divides the living room space, with sofa and TV, from the dining room. We love the way the sunlight pours in from the balcony, illuminating the attractive contrast of the brick walls and ornate red and white furniture. The apartment also has a separate kitchen with beautiful blue cabinets and fully equipped for eating at home. It has two complete bathrooms with shower.
This attractive apartment, ideal for families or a group of friends, is located in a quiet residential area near the Clot metro stop, which provides a fast connection to the rest of the city.

Nice and comfortable place. The inconvenience was the building without elevators with bags and kids, was a little bit problematic. The location is really near the metro, less than five minutes.

Sono stato con degli amici per due settimane in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato molto bene. La casa è molto moderna e la pulizia ottima. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma non lontana dal centro della città. I mezzi di trasporto sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l\'aria condizionata che non funzionava ma subito il proprietario ha sistemato il problema. Ve lo consiglio vivamente!

L\\\'appartement est bien placé dans Barcelone, central, il permet de rejoindre par sa ligne de métro à 5 mn, les sites les plus intéressants. Le quartier est bien pourvu de commerces. L\\\'appartement est agréable et bien meublé. Il est à noter cependant : que la literie est plutôt inconfortable dans l\\\'ensemble des chambres, et que le convertible est inutilisable, on peut donc réellement y dormir qu\\\'à 6 personnes, que 2 petites chambres sont \\\"borgnes\\\", les fenêtres donnent sur des colonnes sèches. Le ménage des sanitaires était bien fait mais les sols sont nettoyés au balai et donc le résultat n\\\'est pas nickel, notamment sous les lits. Enfin et c\\\'est le point noir de ce logement : le voisinage, l\\\'appartement du dessous était occupé par des jeunes (passant par la même agence), ils vivaient la nuit de 23hr à 7hr du matin : musique à fond, hurlements, claquements de porte...

Accueil parfait par une hôte qui a répondu à nos questions avant et pendant notre séjour. L\'appartement est conforme aux photographies, climatisé, confortable et bien situé... Parfaitement à notre écoute et très réactive, notre hôte a mobilisé les moyens nécessaires rapidement pour réparer une chasse d\'eau. Petit clin d\'oeil au charmant monsieur qui est venu réaliser les réparations et avec le sourire en plus.... Je retournerai chez eux sans hésiter!!!

I wanted to say thank you for such a pleasant vacation, the flat is very nice, clean and have great location. There is everything you need, rooms are clean and light, terrace with nice view. We had really good time there, so if you go to Barcelona with a big company I advice you this flat. We were nine :) Thank you, it was really great time;)

The location is excellent! Good restaurants around the area and shopping is so convenient you can find all you need around the apartment. The staff are all helpful and courteous. Overall it was a great experience will definitely stay there again and recommend this apartment to my friends traveling to Barcelona.
We really enjoyed staying in the apartment, very spacous and two showers really helpful. Air conditioning was great.
Me and my friend stayed here during a weekend and we had so much fun. We though that we were going to get disappointed (because the pictures on the website looked almost to good to be true haha..), but then when we arrived to the flat we were SO PLEASED!! Besides, the area was really nice :)

This was our best holiday rental experience so far. The apartment was more spacious than we expected, and proved to be the perfect arrangement for two older children with their parents, as the bedrooms are apart from each other. We were oriented to the neighborhood and transportation options. Location is very good in terms of safety and shopping, and is served by both the L1 and L2 (a 5 minute walk) metro lines, which take you into central Barcelona in about 10 minutes. There is great shopping, including a market, and a playground, nearby. The place was well-equipped, only a hair dryer to be considered really complete. The cleanliness and general condition were excellent.
We couldn't have wished for more! As in other locations, the old and very old buildings of Spain might suggest an out of date, moldy and smelly apartament ... which is totally wrong!! We came to appreciate the Spanish pride in (re)designing the Old while using the New (Ikea in this very instance). We all felt it is nicer than the pictures on-line!! We felt spoiled (were 5 of us) in this simply elegant and highly functional apartment. We will always have a warm corner in our hearts for Barcelona, and this appartment has surely contributed to that. As for the parkings, watch out for the so-called cheaper offers: if you are late 1 minute past the designated time, you will be charged triple the price!!

good apartment close to the city center, no elevator but we were just for the weekend here so was ok :)
En nuestra estancia nos permitimos el lujo de poder dormir cerca de la famosa Sagrada familia,Jordi es arquitecto así que fué idea de él alojarse aquí,realmente fué la mejor decisión , porque por su cercanía pudimos disfrutar de una visita a la Sagrada Familia siendo los primeros ¡¡Además el ambiente nocturno está genial,fuimos a Michael Collins y al pub Hierba buena entre muchos otros. El único problema que tuvimos fué una rotura de tubería en la cocina pero al contactar con el propietario,él nos solucionó el problema rapidamente.
we went a group of 16 people to barcelona to celebrate new years, 8 persons in this apartment and 8 persons in another apartment in the same building. it was perfect, a new years to remember :)

its not a very modern but realy cosy apartment and the location was perfect we walked to sagrada familia everyday cause we were so impressed by its architecture!
Me, my wife and two kids decided to go for Barcelona for a weekend, just to relax. We fell in love with the city! It is so beautiful and so much art and culture everywhere (maybe the kids was not as happy as me and my wife about this, :-) The apartment was nice, and close to Sagrada Familia and the Parc Guell Park. Walking Gaudis footsteps :-)
