The huge balcony makes for a relaxing place to hang out with the owner of the flat, an old women super nice. Metro lines 2 and 3 connect the apartment to the rest to the city, even though it is already quite central, these lines make it further accessible and easy to live in.

I only spent a month in this apartment, the room itself was not too big but fine for this period. The highlight of the apartment was the balcony where I could always hang out and relax after an exhausting day at work.
