This fantastic house has a large number of comfortable rooms and rest areas, being an ideal option for families or groups of friends who want to enjoy quality time together in Barcelona. The residence has 2 terraces: The largest, at level street, and which is accessed from the modern fully equipped kitchen, it has beautiful dark wood floors, table, chairs and 2 sun loungers for sunbathing. For its part, the terrace on the second floor, which is accessed from one of the rooms, has a small table for 2.
In the sunny and spacious living room you will find a huge corner sofa and picturesque framed figures on the wall. In the same room, the elegant dining area is decorated with a large mirror, designer lamps and is complemented by the abstract art work on the wall. The rooms are equipped with comfortable beds and large closets, so the house is also suitable for long-term stays. In addition, all rooms have access to a balcony, or windows overlooking the street or the outdoor patio.

Our stay in Barcelona was fantastic. This was partly due to the home where we stayed. The photos on the site do not lie. The home and facilities were perfect. Supermarket on the corner, metro Hostafranc less than 2 minutes\' walk away. We can recommend the stay to anyone. Thanks!

We really enjoyed the house it was exactly what you described very clean and lots of space for 7 people the outside area was great having most meals out there. Would recommend to others and use your website again. The staff were really friendly when we collected the keys. Just to let you know the toaster is broken it wouldn\\\'t work for us but we managed with the grill and 2 lights on the second floor steps are out it didn\\\'t bother us Many thanks again Michelle

The check-in and check-out was very uncomplicated. It\'s a great place to stay with lots of space. The large terrace right next to the kitchen offers enough space to eat or chill with 10 people. The kitchen could be better equipped, there are not enough glasses and vessels for a group of 10 people. There are many shops right next to the apartment, one street away is a large market hall with local market stalls. The metro takes you to the city center in 15-20 minutes. + location + size + room + price / performance + uncomplicated check-in / check-out - Hair dryer is broken - mot much dishes in the kitchen
