This amazing home for your vacation in Barcelona is located only 5 minutes from the beach and the Olympic Port. It is an enviable location that is ideal for walking around the maritime landscape: not just for its beautiful beaches but also for its exclusive restaurants and clubs. Despite being surrounded by a lot of life, the house is located on a quiet residential street.
The house is huge, 150 m2 on three floors and the most luxurious are 63 m2 of a garden and two terraces. It is a luxury accommodation that can accommodate up to 6 people, and that becomes a wonderful choice for a family or group of friends who like to enjoy the best. The first floor has a beautiful garden of 20m2 that greets guests at the entrance, a bright and spacious living room, a guest bathroom (no shower) and a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils and cooking appliances. The second floor is the area for rest. It has three bedrooms, all with double beds, a bathroom with bathtub, a sofa in the hall where a child can sleep and a peaceful terrace. The top floor is an amazing social area with another bathroom and a terrace of 25 m2 with a tent, chairs, table and sun loungers or enjoy a cookout, the Mediterranean style. The house has private parking for a fee of 19 €.

This wonderful seasonal rental home in Barcelona is located in Ciutadella Olimpica, a neighborhood of fishermen originally but was renovated before to the Barcelona Olympic Games in 1992, to house athletes and modernize the area. In fact, its buildings won architectural awards. It has The Olympic Port and El Paseo Maritimo with a variety of bars and restaurants that mix quality and fun with a beautiful landscape. Across the street is a shopping center with shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, cafes and a cinema with films in original version. In the area there are many bike rental places, which is a great option for touring the beach. But if you want to reach the city centre quickly, there is two subway staions and several buses to go to the downtown in just 15 minutes.

Very nice location with a lovely terrace and a backyard. The apartment would be perfect for spending summer as it is close to the beach. You can also go walking to the City Centre but it takes about 30 minutes on a regular rhythm.

Je suis venu à Barcelone avec mon compagnon, et cet appartement n\'a fait qu\'embellir notre séjour. Idéalement situé, nous avons pu profiter de chacune des meilleures attractions de la ville. La terrasse, petit havre de paix, permet de profiter du beau temps en toute intimité! A recommander sous aucun pretexte!
Maison très chaleureuse, située dans un lieu calme et très jolie. Nous n\'étions pas loin de la mer, les enfants ont adoré et nous aussi par la même occasion ! Nous pensons à revenir !
