This apartment is in a quiet residential neighborhood of Santa Eulalia within walking distance of the new court of justice in Barcelona. This area has many amenities including shops, shopping centers, cinemas, and has excellent connections to the city center thanks to the excellent public transport network that serves this area. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the Olympic Park Monjuïc and the stunning Gran Via II shopping center, the largest in the city and among one of the largest in Europe.

The house is not located very close to the city center but I definitely loved the area because it was very peaceful and safe. The apartment had a wonderful view from the balcony and the open spaces of living room were fantastic. Fortunately a woman came every two weeks to clean the whole house. I appreciated that. My room had some bad points. The worst part is that it had some little windows on the kitchen. So if someone else needed the kitchen at night, there was a lot of light in my room. The second bad point of my room is that it has a really little window in the internal open area of building. So in my early days in September at night it was really too much hot. The bathrooms was beautiful and they worked very well. In general I found myself very well in the apartment. I suggest it for some months.
It has been a great time staying here..nice and clean apartment and friendly neighbours. Great view from the belcony and convenient transportation.
It was really an amazing flat with a beautiful landscape ! I enjoyed my stay here
