Stylish apartment with a linear design plan to maximize your comfort during your short or long-term stay in Barcelona. Upon entering, there is a corridor that leads to the four bedrooms: two adorable single rooms, a double room, with two single beds and a balcony, and the main room, with a double bed. The walls of the rooms are painted in a nice calming shade of blue, they have very comfortable beds, spacious closets and decorative black and white photos of Barcelona. The living room has a fresh and welcoming design; a white shelf divides the living room space, with sofa and TV, from the dining room. We love the way the sunlight pours in from the balcony, illuminating the attractive contrast of the brick walls and ornate red and white furniture. The apartment also has a separate kitchen with beautiful blue cabinets and fully equipped for eating at home. It has two complete bathrooms with shower.
This attractive apartment, ideal for families or a group of friends, is located in a quiet residential area near the Clot metro stop, which provides a fast connection to the rest of the city.

Nice and comfortable place. The inconvenience was the building without elevators with bags and kids, was a little bit problematic. The location is really near the metro, less than five minutes.

Sono stato con degli amici per due settimane in questo appartamento e mi sono trovato molto bene. La casa è molto moderna e la pulizia ottima. Si trova in una zona molto tranquilla ma non lontana dal centro della città. I mezzi di trasporto sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con l\'aria condizionata che non funzionava ma subito il proprietario ha sistemato il problema. Ve lo consiglio vivamente!

L\\\'appartement est bien placé dans Barcelone, central, il permet de rejoindre par sa ligne de métro à 5 mn, les sites les plus intéressants. Le quartier est bien pourvu de commerces. L\\\'appartement est agréable et bien meublé. Il est à noter cependant : que la literie est plutôt inconfortable dans l\\\'ensemble des chambres, et que le convertible est inutilisable, on peut donc réellement y dormir qu\\\'à 6 personnes, que 2 petites chambres sont \\\"borgnes\\\", les fenêtres donnent sur des colonnes sèches. Le ménage des sanitaires était bien fait mais les sols sont nettoyés au balai et donc le résultat n\\\'est pas nickel, notamment sous les lits. Enfin et c\\\'est le point noir de ce logement : le voisinage, l\\\'appartement du dessous était occupé par des jeunes (passant par la même agence), ils vivaient la nuit de 23hr à 7hr du matin : musique à fond, hurlements, claquements de porte...
