Fabulous apartment of 80 sq.m, very well located in the neighborhood of Poble Nou, which gives a feel of iconic living. It is distributed in a spacious and bright living room, visually stunning kitchen, spacious bathroom, and astonishing balcony with enough space. As soon as we enter the apartment, the first room on the right side will have two single beds vertically aligned in order to have free walking space to exit the room. If you are looking for a group stay, this is the perfect place to stay since we might have a vacancy in the same building, which is more or less similar to this apartment. The apartment is fully furnished with all the basic needs to give a better living experience.
The building has been completely renovated and has a large community where you will have the feeling of being on the beach, close to all services, supermarkets, schools, metro, and bus. The apartment is located 10 minutes walk from the beaches of Barcelona and only 50 meters from the metro station Bogatell (L4) that connects with the city centre (Ramblas, Gothic, Plaza Catalunya) in just 10 minutes. The Parc de la Ciutadella is close to the apartment. It is probably the nicest and largest park in Barcelona, the lung of the city centre. The Olympic port and the Olympic Village are other points of interest. The Olympic port has numerous restaurants specializing in fish and bars for a drink.
