This beautiful single room in Barcelona city center is located in an apartment near tourist attractions like: the Parc de la Ciutadella, Arc de Triomf and the Sagrada Familia. Located in a quiet residential area with local access to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. The nearest metro station, Marina, is a few steps away. Located in the Eixample district which is a short walk to the beach.
The apartment has a bright living area with a flat-screen TV, a comfortable couch, an armchair, and a dining table perfect for enjoying meals. The contemporary living space has a large window to ensure that there is plenty of natural light in the room. The fully equipped kitchen has lovely granite countertops, oak cupboards and a gas aga for you to cook hot meals on. The bright white bathroom has a handy vanity mirror, a shower and a bathtub. The apartment features a balcony and a large side hung window so you can enjoy views of the city. The brightly lit hallway also has several mirrors and a cupboard for storage next to the front door. There is a concierge downstairs and the building is safely secured with large iron doors.
The apartment has a single bedroom for rent, with a smooth wooden floor, a single bed and oak bedside table. The bedside table has three spacious drawers for you to keep your things tidy.

This cozy apartment in Barcelona is situated in a quiet residential area in the center, within walking distance from some of the main sights of the city as the Sagrada Familia (10 minutes), the Arc de Triumf and the Parc de la Ciutadella ( 5 minutes) and the district of El Born (10 minutes). This area comes with all services like supermarkets, banks, pharmacies and bars as well as international restaurants. Within walking distance, you can also find the main bus station of the city, the Northern station, from where departs buses with local, national and international destinations, and the shuttle which has a direct connection to the airport of Girona. This area also benefits from a great public transportation that enables you to reach quickly any point in the city.
