Tranquil duplex apartment with a practical floor plan and an enviable location available for a long-term stay in the cultural center of Barcelona. On the ground floor there is a charming living room, with a designer white sofa facing 2 large closets, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV and a wooden table for three that can be used for dining or working. At the end of the hall is the newly renovated bathroom with a shower. The sleeping area is on the upper floor, made of wood and accessible by stairs from the living room. This floor is half height (1.5 mt) and is furnished with a double bed on one side and a single bed on the other, as well as a chest of drawers, it has wooden beams on the ceiling, which add an intimate and rustic touch to the room. the loft floor. The building also has a roof terrace, with a smooth wooden floor, and a table with benches. Enjoy breakfast outdoors in the sun with excellent views of the neighborhood.

The apartment is very good located, really close to metro station,in the lovely street. It\'s perfect for 2 or max 3 people, because it\'s really tiny. Renata (who met us) is very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our staying there.
I found everything nice and correct. In the beginning I thought it was a little bit overpriced but later on I realized that actually the Born zone is more expensive than this.
This was good place for our long stay, it was compact but had everything we needed. It's a good location with lots of local restaurants, shops and bars and a 15 min walk into centre of the town. Gustavo was very friendly and helpful when we checked in, thank you for everything. Billee
The apartment is small but cosy and clean, with everything necessary to enjoy the staying. The location is wonderful: it's quiet but also close to the crowded center streets. Gustavo wellcomed us and also provided usefull turistic information. Moreover we had his number for any need. We really enjoyed our stay.

terrace was great to have some sun and to relax after a day of walking around in barcelona, neighbours were a bit loud sometimes... but we enjoyed staying in this beautiful city!!
Great Apartment! The best location in town for a family to stay.everything very close, restaurant, supermarket, cafes, pharmacy. Las Ramblas is across the sidewalk, Plaza Catalunya a block away with shops, more restaurants and the Bus Turistic stop for both red and yellow Lines. Excelent experience.
we stayed here during our Barcelona internship. cute place but a little too small sleeping area, luckily we were too busy enjoying the clubs and did not have any time to sleep hehe
During our Europtrip we spent some weeks in Barcelona, and it was one of our favourite cities in Europe! It is really beautiful and fun! Lots of concerts and festivals!
Location is the best. Very close to Boqueria Market and easy to go anywhere from there. If you are into exploring Born, it is the best place.

This relaxed loft is the perfect accomodation to spend your time in Barcelona, its modern and close to the beach. The staff was very friendly and my stay was so exciting there.
