Putting it in a few words the apartment is located in a central , convenient and practical part of touristic Barcelona , with all the facilities at a walking distance. The facilities in the flat were adequate to accommodate a small family for a short term vacation and accordingly our stay was a pleasant one . The only challenge we faced was probably the heat where the ventilators were not very effective in tackling with the situation plus one encounter with an intoxicated neighbor late one night - other than that it was a very nice stay .

Great location, could walk everywhere and to the beach easily. Loved the kitchen, shame didn\'t use it a lot as found we ate out most nights.

I stayed in this apartment with my friend for one month and was beautiful experience. The location is perfect, one minute by walk to Plaza Catalunya. The apartment was very clean and confortable. The landlord was very gentle and always was in contact with us.
