This cozy 3 bedroom apartment is located in one of the most elegant neighbourhoods of Barcelona: Sant Gervasi. This area is located 5 minutes walking from the economical district of Diagonal and Plaza Francesc Maciá, 2 of the main business spots of the city, and also a good place for shopping. This neighbourhood is very quiet, characterized by narrow streets and small squares full of bars and pubs, where you can have a glass of good wine or a coffee. Thanks to its proximity to many universities and privates schools during the weekend this area become the meeting point of young people.

Me gustó mucho el piso, pero durante mi estancia había un festival, por lo que había demasiada gente por las calles y puesto que no fui de vacaciones, si no que estuve trabajando. No pude descansar como me hubiera gustado.
Hemos estado muy cómodas, la casa esta muy bien, cubre todas las necesidades para estar cómodos, y esta muy bien posicionada.

We all had a good stay in Barcelona. The apartment was clean and as described and the agency was really efficient and promptly replied to all my queries beforehand. Was in a good location - easy to go to the Ramblas, but an escape from the tourist trail. There were 5 of us and the apartment was fine as we only used it to sleep and drink in. I would say that it would be a squeeze for anymore - whilst there are enough beds, the floor space is limited.
We spent 3 days in Barcelona. The location of the flat is perfect to visit the city. The communication with Barcelona-Home was very good. The flat was welcoming and clean. Thank you very much !
Nous sommes partis à 8 filles pour un week-end post-partiels. L'appartement est vraiment très pratique, il est proche du centre, des lieux à visiter et des places où sortir. L'appartement est aussi pratique, bien aménagé. N'hésitez pas!!

Great location for a short stay in Barcelona, the place is well set up and practical for coming and going out whenever we want. Perfectly cleaned when we arrived.The only criticism I'd make is that the rooms look a lot larger than they really are because of the wide angle used with the camera. The host was very nice.
