This bright and pleasant apartment near the beach is the perfect place for lovers of the sea and Barcelona. It is a spacious and open-plan Mediterranean-style apartment, full of color, fully equipped. This sunlight-filled home conveys joy and warmth, and also has a relaxed decoration reminiscent of vacations.
Its location is completely strategic, it is well connected to the city center and a few meters from the Ciudadela Park and the Encants Vells market. It is located in the heart of the Poblenou neighborhood and its proximity to Plaza de les Glòries, the well-known Agbar tower and the innovative Design Hub of Barcelona also make it the ideal place to experience the most contemporary part of the city. At street level there is the perfect mix between modern and classic, a typical characteristic of a place located between the innovation neighborhood @22, the Citadel and the sea.

Estuvimos seis semanas en este precioso departamento, está totalmente reformado, es muy cómodo y acogedor. La locación es genial, porque está a dos cuadras del metro y hay muchas paradas de buses cerca, lo que facilita llegar a todos lados. El WiFi funciona perfecto, la cocina, aunque pequeña, tiene todo lo necesario y es muy cómoda. Nos ha encantado y de todos modos, si volvemos a Barcelona, será nuestra primera opción. ¡Gracias!

This apartment is just great value for its affordable price. The flight company lost our luggage so it was a good thing that the Glories shopping center is just 5 minute walk away. You can also get to the beach quickly, as well as all parts of city thanks to the metro. The apartment even has a dishwasher so we didn't have to do washing up as in other apartments where I've stayed. The bunk beds may scare someone in the other room, but kids don't really care, they actually enjoyed the experience. Clean, bright, all the modern conveniences and nice decoration!

Bel appartement que ce soit déco ou localisation. Dommage que ce soit au rez de chaussé, j'aurais aimé avoir une belle vue sur la ville, mais vraiment au top.
Appartement très agréable et près de la mer pour pouvoir profiter pleinement de notre séjour à Barcelone !
Cet appartement nous à permis de profiter pleinement de la vie nocturne Barcelonaise mais aussi de visiter les monuments et lieux les plus importants ! A refaire !!

Appartement très bien placé dans Barcelone. Mon mari et moi étions plein centre et n\'avions donc pas besoin de prendre notre voiture au quotidien. Très propre et très lumineux, l\'appartement est décoré avec bons goûts.
