Description
This comfortable apartment is located in the Borne district in central Barcelona. It has much charm, style, elegance and lightness. Its superb location makes it an attractive choice of accommodation as in their immediate surroundings are: the Picasso Museum, the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar, Barcelona Cathedral, Palau de la Musica Catalana and La Plaza Real. The modernist building that houses it is from the early twentieth century. Definitely a classic contrast between the neighborhood and its streets, with modernity in its interior and its amenities.
The nearest metro station is Jaume I, but you can easily walk to the main tourist sites in the city environment. It is also an excellent choice to host one or more groups as the entire building has apartments to rent for days allowing privacy in the case of larger groups.

We had a great stay at this appartment. The location is in one word fantastic! It lies in a very nice street/square, with many terraces and restaurants. However, if you can't handle a little noice at night, this may not be the place for you. The area around it has many restaurants, shop, and is not extremely touristy, which we really liked. The beach is a 15 min walk, and also the metro station is quite close. The appartment is not too big, but has everything you need. I would think it is small to stay here with 6 people. It is clean. At arrival, we got a lot of information about the city which was really helpfull! We would definitely stay here again!

“Location at the heart of the old city, very pleasant area especially at night Has character - in a very old building Reasonably priced by Barcelona standards Has a washing machine and facilities for hanging drying.” - Bed was somewhat uncomfortable, and the linen was rather tired in the main bedroom. The (smaller) bed in the second bedroom looked much newer. Not a major issue for me, but do note one has to climb up four flights of narrow stairs to access the apartment. This could be a problem if one has one small children or lots of luggage.

We had one of our best stays here, thank you very much. We loved everything about the apartment, mainly the location, but also the way you correspond so quickly before and leading up to the stay as it takes a lot of worry away. The only thing that I think you need to do is warn people that the balcony is not big enough to sit on, it is one of the things I really like to do in the evening. Thanks for the stay
