The apartment is 100m2 and has two bathrooms, a spacious living room with a sofa, armchairs and a dining table, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment also offers a beautiful terrace where you can enjoy a nice breakfast or dinner while admiring the perfect city view.
Room: This room fully furnished room is 8,5 m2, it has comfortable bed perfect for one person. It is also decorated in warm, soft colors and has a window which allows the entrance of natural light. The room also has a practical wardrobe and commode where you can store all your personal stuff.

This area has many amenities including shops, shopping centers, cinemas, and has excellent connections to the city center thanks to the excellent public transport network that serves this area. Within a few minutes walk you can reach the Olympic Park Monjuïc and the stunning Gran Via II shopping center, the largest in the city and among one of the largest in Europe.

Nice apartment, I liked the furniture and design here. The view from the terrace was great, I enjoyed my morning coffee there every day! Would\'ve preferred a more central location, but other than that the room was fine.

the room was quit small but i didnt spend much time there anyway, my roommates were very nice and we always ate together :)
little bit far away from the centrum but the room and apartment was ok!
a bit oldfashion design but soo nice! the balcony is amazing!
had some craaazy times here haha! thank you xavi and the girls for everything the room you rented me was good, clean, comfortable and my roomies were the best. see you guys soon!!
