This beautiful accommodation in Barcelona, is located in a very good spot. Its proximity to Las Ramblas, and the city center allows its guests to easily walk around and explore this amazing city.
The apartment is on the first floor (no elevator) and has an area of 65 m2, which is distributed in 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room. The apartment holds up to 6 people. Both bedrooms have double beds, plus a sofa bed for two in the living room. A crib is also available if you have a baby.
The living room is very spacious and bright, with two sofas (one of them folding) and a window into the kitchen, which also has large dimensions and a dining table. Overall, it is a versatile environment. The holiday accommodation also has electric radiators and fans, and all utensils and appliances in the kitchen, which allow you fell like home.

This seasonal rental apartment in Barcelona is located one block away from Parallel Avenue, famous for hosting the best plays of the city and where is the famous El Molino. This was one of the most renowned in Europe since its opening in 1898, and currently still active thanks to its rehabilitation in 2010. Walking along this avenue, you get to Plaza España in 10 minutes, where at night, the Magic Fountain show is worth seeing and photographing. At also 10 minutes, but in another direction, are the famous Ramblas. Also nearby: the Paseo Colon, Sant Antoni Market, the Rambla del Raval and variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and shops that make this point, an excellent base for exploring the city centre. The public transport works well in Barcelona, do not hesitate to make use of it. Just one block from the apartment are two subway lines that can connect with any part of the city.

Casa in una posizione abbastanza buona(10-15 a piedi dal centro) con la fermata della metro quasi sotto casa.Unica pecca le camere da letto praticamente non avevano finestre, ma calcolando il prezzo veramente un ottimo compromesso .
Great apartment to spend holidays in , whenever coming in summer or winter . Clean, comfortable , enough space for all the family.
This was our first time to use an apartment instead of a hotel and I was very impressed. We arrived very late at night to be immediately met by a very helpful, efficient check-in person. The apartment is pretty basic - IKEA furniture. bedding sheets etc but was clean and well equipped. Wi-fi was much appreciated. All we wanted was somewhere central and clean and we got exactly that. Great location - 2 stops from Place de Catalunya on the Metro. We went for a Barca match and our 2 sons were delighted to be right next door to a huge football shop and I was happy with the supermarket less than 100meters away. I have no hesitation recommending this apartment.

Appartement très cosy et mignon, nous étions plutôt dans le centre de Barcelone. Nous avons donc pu profiter au maximum de la ville.

Les regalé a mis padres este alojamiento por su aniversario y han vuelto a casa encantadas por lo bien situado que está (muy céntrico) y la cómoda estancia que han tenido. Volveremos a reservar con vosotros.
