It is a brand new apartment in one of the most exclusive neighbourhoods of Barcelona.
It is a quiet residential area, close to the universities of ESADE and IESE. It has many green parks and also two shopping centres nearby. It is well connected to the centre with the green metro line (L3) and various tram and bus lines. You can easily get around all of Barcelona and visit any part of the city: the Sagrada Familia, Passeig de Gracia, the Ramblas, the Gothic Quarter ... You can enjoy all that Barcelona has to offer whilst living in a tranquil and safe neighbourhood.

Séjour agréable et très calme.
really nice apartment with plenty of space for a group of 5-6 persons. Maybe its a bit away from the center of Barcelona, however it is easy to take the metro, so no problem. the neighborhood is really quit also.

Apartment was very clean and well maintained in a quite and safe neighborhood. Further away from the main center of Barcelona but the metro can be easily accessed. Host was great, very easy to contact and great communication. Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Barcelona for a long period of time.
