Lovely apartment with great views over the elegant Eixample neighborhood in which it is located. This cozy space is perfect for a couple or an individual traveling for business and seeking a peaceful monthly accommodation in the center of Barcelona. The living room comes with a comfortable sofa facing a TV and a pretty shelf decorated with baskets and potted plants, giving the place plenty of character. Nearby you will find the dining area, surrounded by an L-shaped open kitchen fully equipped with all of the accessories you will need to cook a romantic dinner for two. Enjoy your meal at the pretty glass table with beautiful views of Eixample and the University of Barcelona through the large windows. The bedroom comes with an elegant minimalist decor, and is furnished with a large double bed, nightstand and a large white armoire in which to store your things. You will also have access to a recently renovated bathroom with a shower.
The apartment boasts an unbeatable central location, just minutes from Plaza de Catalunya, a major transportation hub with direct access to the rest of the city through the metro, buses and train. It is an excellent choice for a student due to its proximity to the University of Barcelona. The building is also very close to Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya avenues, ideal for those who love to shop. Visit the famous Casa Batlló by Gaudí, take a tour of the MACBA art museum or stroll down to the famous La Rambla, all just a short walk away. For an excellent Sunday brunch we recommend Cosmo café nearby.

Pour valider ma première année de Mater je suis partie étudier à Barcelone. C\'était une expérience très enrichissant. J\'ai loué cet appartement pour 6 mois grâce à Barcelona-Home. Bien que le prix soit à mon goût trop élevé, j\'ai beaucoup apprécié vivre ici. L\'appartement est vraiment bien situé puisqu\'il est à seulement deux pas de la bouche de métro. De plus il a y de nombreux supermarchés ou faire ses courses à proximité. Vraiment pratique. J\'ai été presque triste quand j\'ai du rendre l\'appartement, je m\' y sentais comme chez moi.
