Description
This exquisite house has a relaxing and dreamy design but its practical layout makes it ideal for a family, or group of friends. Upon entering, you will pass through a hallway with ceramic floors to the bedrooms, each designed with a minimalist style and complete with comfortable beds, nightstands and wardrobes. The large common area is divided into a lounge with sofas and an elegant dining room with a glass table. The pristine kitchen features a unique marble design, and is fully equipped to cook at home. You will also have access to 2 private terraces: one accessible from the entrance with a perfect table for outdoor dining, and another accessible from the dining room with comfortable sofas and a lounge area.
The house is in a desirable location, 5 minutes from Park Güell and from Parc del Guinardó, ideal for running in the mornings. The house is also very close to the famous bunkers of Barcelona, where you will find the remains of an antiaircraft battery from the Spanish Civil War, and from which point you can enjoy some of the best views of the city and sunset. Situated in a tranquil residential neighborhood, the apartment also comes with excellent connections to the center: the 24 bus will take you to Plaça de Catalunya and the 92 bus line will give you direct access to the Paseo de Marítimo. The Alfons X metro station will connect you easily with el Born and Barceloneta.

Très belle maison, conforme aux photos. Pas loin des commerçants et ligne direct pour aller à la plage, très pratique. Petit point négatif : le prix un peu trop élevé par rapport à ce que l\'on peut trouver habituellement à barcelone.

I was in this apartment with my friend for a weekend in Barcelona and was a beautiful experience. The apartment is situated very close to the Guinardò’s park in a quite zone but not far from the centre of the city. The apartment was very clean and well furnished.

We stayed here in April 16. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. It is further out of the centre but we had a garage, terrace and plenty of room for a family plus 2 friends. All of the furniture, bedding and towels were of a high standard. Some helpful hints... If there are 6 of you and you have a car, we found it cheaper to drive into the centre and pay for parking than use the metro. The garage although sizeable took some manoeuvring to park a car in, we had a people carrier, fortunately it was a small one as I don\'t think a galaxy or similar would fit in. There is a shop opposite that sells snacks, drinks and is useful. The sumo supermarket is a 5 minute walk away and has everything you need. Taxis are reasonable it cost €15 from the gothic quarter to the house. The dealings we had with Barcelona home was excellent and they were always quick to answer any questions by email. We would recommend this company and house and had a great week visiting the centre and surrounding area and coast.

Loved the house! The two private terraces gave me the ability to prepare a lovely meal and afterwards eat outside with the whole group. By day time it was nice to lay in the sun and read a book while the others where doing sightseeing. The house has a modern design and the beds were really comfortable. I highly recommend this house!

Very spacious and bright house, with direct access to the streets of Barcelona. It was great for the family and the house even included an own parking space. Nearby are two parks which was just perfect because we are a sporty family and love to hike or go for a morning run. 100% recommended!

Nuestra estancia en esta casa fue muy agradable, el propietario fue muy atento con nosotros resolviendo todas nuestras dudas antes de la llegada. Hubo un problema con el internet pero en escasas horas arreglaron el problema. Lo mejor de la casa son las espectaculares terrazas, donde toda la familia disfrutamos al aire libre de varias comidas y cenas. La proxima que vez que vaya a Barcelona repetiré seguro :) Gracias por todo.

Me gusto mucho fue un gran apartamento y su localización junto Parc Güell nos fue genial. Muy amplio y muy luminoso, el apartamento está muy bien arreglado. La terraza la disfrutamos mucho la comunidad es agradable y la zona segura.
