This holiday apartment in Barcelona, Spain is in the heart of the city. Within walking distance are several of the most important tourist sites such as Plaça Catalunya, La Pedrera and Casa Batllo Gaudi, Las Ramblas and all that that extends to the sides. Thanks to its unique location it's easy to reach all of the major sites of the city by foot or public transportation. The apartment has a large area of 105m2 and is located on the third floor (with elevator). Holds up to 6 people, arranged in three bedrooms: two with double beds and another room with two single beds. The bathroom has a bathtub.
Both the living room / dining room and kitchen are very spacious and modern. The kitchen has a small table for breakfast and all cooking utensils. The living room has access to the balcony which has a table and chairs, and turns into a small corner, ideal to enjoy an outdoor meal or a drink in the evening. It is a cozy haven thanks to its equipment, it is as comfortable as being at home.

Apartamento bem localizado. 10 minutos a pé e estamos na praça da catalunha. Fotos 5* - realidade 3* . Muito barulho no quarto virado para a estrada. Limpeza qb. Não deixaram fazer check-in antes das 13h apesar de já ter sido pedido com bastante antecedência e no última noite fartei-me de ligar para antecipar o check-out e rejeitaram-me as chamadas todas e tive que esperar até à hora marcada. No geral, tem o essencial de que se precisa que é um espaço para dormir.
Appartement bien équipé et bien situé ! Nous avions tout à proximité. La place est très vivante, il y a de quoi faire!

Hemos venido a celebrar a Barcelona unas bodas de plata con toda la familia y hemos escogido este piso donde hemos estado muy bien ya que es muy amplio y esta situado una zona de Barcelona muy buena. Muchas gracias por el buen servicio que nos ha dado Barcelona-home y el propietario.
The location is ideal as it is very close to the centre and the Rambla. The district is very quiet.. it was fine, good value for money.
