Sleek, contemporary apartment with modern feel. Moss green walls are paired with dark wooden floors and accented by black and white furniture and decorations. The cozy living room overlooks a small balcony, which allows in plenty of natural sunlight. You will also find a recently renovated bathroom with shower and a kitchen fully equipped with an oven, stove and a microwave sat on a clean marble counter. Bedrooms are furnished with comfortable double beds and armoires. One of them has access to a private patio.
Set in the Eixample neighborhood, this stylish apartment is just a few steps away from the Sagrada Familia of Gaudi, one of Barcelona´s most iconic monuments. It is a short walk from the Sagrada Familia metro station, with easy access to Barcelona´s city center. Also close-by is the park Placa de Gaudi, a wonderful place for a morning stroll or perhaps a picnic with friends, and the artistic Gracia neighborhood, known for its beautiful plazas and unique architecture.

This apartment is situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to travel anywhere within Barcelona. From this corner of the elegant Eixample district, you can reach the extraordinary Sagrada Familia within minutes, one of the most visited monuments in the city, and the Hospital de Sant Pau, one of the best examples of Catalan modernism and declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. This area is very quiet and safe. Here you will find restaurants and bars of all kinds, perfect for experiencing the best of traditional Catalan cuisine. To get to the city centre you can use the excellent public transport serving the area or by foot which takes about 20 minutes across the district of Eixample.

Nous avons passé une semaine à 4 entre amis. L\'appartement est idéalement situé à 100 mètres de la sagrada familia. Le mobilier n\'est pas exactement celui qui apparaît sur les photos et se fait vieillissant mais dans l\'ensemble les prestations sont bonnes. L\'accueil par l\'agence à été très chaleureux malgré la barrière du language.

L\'appartement est très bien située et dans un quartier très agréable. Petite déception sur la taille de la cuisine et le manque de propreté du frigo et des sols de l\'appartement. Il était appréciable d\'avoir de la vaisselle et des linges de maison à disposition.

ich habe wirklich sehr kurz vor die Reise bei Barcelona home über Ferienwohnung nachgefragt, bekomme in 30 Min.schon die Rückmeldung und Bestätigung. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett, und auch auf Deutsch möglich. Vorort hat die Mitarbeiter schnell und Effizienz die Übergabe gemacht, und auch gute Tipps für Barcelona gegeben. Das Apartment ist direkt gegenüber die Sagrada Família, sehr Zentral. Restaurant überall, Einkaufmöglichkeit super, sogar fast ganze Zeit geöffnet. Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindung, Sowie Barcelona Bus und Ubahn. Mit dem Auto kann man schnell jede Ecke erreichen. Zb. zu Stand Barcelonata nur paar minuten. Tag ist Parkgebühr teuer, circa 2,50 Euro pro St. Aber von 20:00 bis 9:00 und Wochenende ganen Tag ist Park kostenlos. Das Apartment ist sauber. Küche ist gut. Klimaanlage ist zentral steuerbar. Für 6 Personen passt es gut. Ich werde das Apartment weiter empfehlen.

Great location, very quiet but close to parks restaurants and bars, it was perfect for the children. La Sagrada Familia is amazing, shame it is quiet expensive to enter. We loved the park of Ciutadella and the Zoo, we had a nice time here. It is a bit far from the apartment but with the public transport it takes no time. The apartment was great also, very modern and enough space for all of us.

Very nice stay in this apartment (group of 5 friends) ! - very very well located (Sagrada Familia and metro at 100m) - very quiet - clean and modern, just as on the pictures Warm welcome by Clara The free check-out was much apreciated (just left the keys on the table, and closed the door!) Nos quedamos en este departamento por 7 días y todo estuvo muy bien. La gente que nos recibió fue muy amable, el piso es muy moderno, lindo y cómodo. Nos pareció un poco caro al comienzo, pero valió la pena. Está ubicado en el barrio de Sagrada Familia que tiene mucho moviemiento pero es más tranquilo que el centro de la ciudad. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
Die moderne Gestaltung des Apartments, die Farbwahl, die Einrichtung, die Ausstattung, das Bad sowie die Küche. Sehr schön fand ich auch die Bilder an der Wand und die verschiedenen Lampen, welche das Apartment wohnlicher und gemütlicher machten und man sich so wie zu hause fühlte.
Perfect place for a vacation in Barcelona! We are really happy with our stay (although 2 light balls were missing). The kids really enjoyed it too. If you want to go in to Sagrada Familia you have to go really early in the morning, if not you will have to stand in line for a long time...
We were neighbors with Sagrada Familia for a couple of days. Not many people can say that :D The coffee and the view is amazing in Avenida de Guadi.

We had a Gaudi tour in Barcelona. We saw the Sagrada Familia (every morning we had coffee just in front of it, and we were amazed by it) parc guell, palau guell in nou de la rambla and the houses on passeig de gracia. mr gaudi was a genius!
its sooo close to the sagrada familia :) just 2 minutes walk, such a wonderful building and definitly worth getting in the line for once! the lady we meet at the office was so nice to explain us some hot spots on the city guide that were close to this apartment, thank you so much!! gracias!!
Ottimo appartamento, raccomandato
The location of the apartment was fantastic. It appeared to be relatively new so it was modern and clean. Had everything we needed. The lady we dealt with at the office to check in was very helpful and friendly. Have already recommended Barcelona Home to several people and we will use BH next year on another trip we are taking.

We had a lovely stay, had some issues with the hot water but the landlord came and fix it quickly.

Loved the location. It was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood one block from Sagrada Familia and a metro station. The unit was clean and everything was as it was noted on the website. Only negative was we stayed for week, needed more towels. No dryer so had to hang clothes - not awful but made getting towels cleaned and drying a little difficult. I would stay there again. Thanks.
