The living room, with its comfortable couches and its elegant dark gray color scheme, is perfectly integrated with the cozy office nook, furnished with a small desk and chair, and the contemporary open kitchen with its island counter and high chairs. The bedroom features the same soothing combination of soft wooden floors and natural, earthy colors that can be found throughout the apartment and they shares a gorgeous spa-like bathroom with two rain showers, double sinks and soft lighting that will put you at ease after a long day of sightseeing. Throughout the residence you will find unique pieces of furniture and decorations created exclusively for this home, as well as a stunning collection of Japanese artwork adorning the wall and adding a zen touch to the space.
The apartment is located in the peaceful and very safe Poble Sec neighborhood, just minutes from many fantastic bars and restaurants. We recommend visiting Bodega 1900 and Quimet & Quimet tapas bar for a wonderful culinary experience. The apartment is within a short walk of Montjuic Mountain and the Miró museum, as well as the Christopher Columbus statue and the famous La Rambla. The nearby Paral·lel metro station provides direct access to Passeig de Gracia and to Plaza Catalunya.

I loved what I saw on photos of this apartment and it was just like as it is shown! Beautiful, modern and very comfortable. I´ve head a great stay in Barcelona and would love to go back to the same place one day. The location is also great, close to the transport facilities, bars, restaurants and the center of the city.
We have just returned from our 6 night stay in Barcelona, and loved this place. It is in an ideal location, 5 minute from the Metro, plenty of shops, bars, Tapas places nearby. Best of all, one of Barcelona\'s most famous tapas places is right across the road, Quimet & Ouimet (had 2 lovely meals there), and several other very good ones are on Carrer de Blai, the next street down. As for the apartment, well, one could not have a more comfortable, well furnished place. The full kitchen allows for those who want to eat in, very large fridge for European standards. There is a full set of cutlery and crockery, including coffee mugs, wine and regular glasses. The lighting, living and bedroom areas are spacious, and the office nook is very handy for those who need to catch up with work. The free Wi-Fi was very fast, much better than what we usually find outside of the US. For those who want to watch TV, they only have Spanish channels (didn\'t bother us as we did\'t come to Spain to watch TV). The bathroom area is lovely, well updated with double rain shower, and large double sinks. The window and small balcony look out onto the street, and we could see when the crowd at Quimet & Quimet had gone down, so we could get a spot at their bar. We walked to Placa Catalunya, Placa Espanya, Passeig de Gracia, El Born and the Port Vell area from here, and also used the Metro. Keep in mind that you will have to plan to pick up the keys and check in at the Barcelona-Home office, which is about a 10 min walk from here. You should check their office times. On the way out, it\'s simple, just leave the keys on the table, and close the door, no need to return to the office. Overall, this is a fabulous Gem of a place. We look forward to coming back to Barcelona, and plan to stay at this place again.
Nous avons passé un superbe weekend, très romantique, à Barcelone et ce logement était parfait ! Après avoir voyagé à travers l’Europe, nous avons décidé de nous poser dans cet agréable appartement. Très bien équipé et moderne, il est proche du métro qui pourra vous déposer partout dans la ville. Il y a aussi pleins restaurants pour sortir diner dans les environs. Très conseillé

Hi we have just returned from a great 7 day holiday in Barcelona and we must say that the apartment De Lara was first class.Although collecting the keys was a bit of a nuisance the apartment was everything we could have wished for.The decor ,fittings and appliances were all 4/5 *(instructions or users manual would have been helpful) Would not hesitate to book apartment again or recommend to a friend
