This friendly duplex apartment is great for a family or friends seeking close proximity to the beach during their stay in Barcelona. The downstairs common area consists of an elegant lounge space with a stylish black couch and colorful abstract painting decorating the wall behind it, along with a nice white dining table with 5 chairs and an open kitchen with soft lighting that creates a relaxing environment. From the lounge you can also access a full bathroom through smooth sliding doors, as well as a set of stairs leading up to the tranquil bedrooms, decorated with warm natural colors to make you feel at home. The second floor also comes with an additional bathroom for your comfort.
As the decorative sign in the dining area says, "Keep Calm and Go to the Beach," Barceloneta beach just a few steps away. This area is full of bars and restaurants with fresh seafood. Also nearby are the Passeig de Joan Borbó promenade, the nightclubs of Port Olímpic and the romantic el Born neighborhood.

J\'ai eu l\'occasion de passer 3 mois dans ce petit appartement juste à côté de la plage. J\'ai été ravie de cet appartement ainsi que de l\'équipement dans celui-ci, je n\'ai eu besoin de pas eu besoin d\'amener de serviettes de douche, de draps... Cet appartement est vraiment génial pour des longues durées même si la rue peu être parfois un tout petit peu bruyante.

We loved this appartment! We travelled with 4yrs old child and the place was ideal. Located right next to the beach, appartment is newly renovated with all new appliances and elevator. The service is fantastic anytime we needed anything team would get back to us within 5minutes. Highly recommend this place. Walking distance to center with amazing restaurants and supermarket few minutes away
