As my friends and I love food and besides food also like to party, I can definitely recommend this apartment. We have our own little, but private balcony were we could relax with friends and drink a beer. There also were enough bars and restaurants in the neighborhood. We have enjoy our stay in Barcelona thanks to the landlord, who was really kind, and to all of the new people that we met here.
