Located on the Gran Via de les Corts Catalanes, this apartment was a good choice for our family of five (grandmother, friend, 3 teenage grandchildren). Despite language differences and a late arrival time, our Barcelona contacts (Bea and Natasha) at Barcelona Homes made is easy. A taxi driver met us at the airport after 10 p.m. and dropped us at the office for key retrieval. Our first floor apartment (one flight up from street level) was easy to reach. There was an elevator if we wanted it. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Located on the Gran Via, the apartment assured relative safety and convenience. We found nearby restaurants for late-night teenage fare. Our only criticism relates to cold showers. The hot water heater adequately heated water at the kitchen sink, we found, but not in the bathrooms.

Ma femme, mes enfants et moi-même avons passé deux semaines dans cet appartement en plein centre de Barcelone. L\'appartement dispose du métro, d\'un centre commercial, de petits commerces et restaurants à moins de deux minutes et de l\'aérobus (bus pour aller à l\'aéroport) à 5 minutes à pied. Si vous souhaitez un bel appartement propre, bien décoré et avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, je vous recommande vivement cet appartement.

I really liked the stay with my famliy in this apartment. The location is beautiful and there are a lot of restaurants and bars in the near. the landlord was also greatful to us! Boooking through Barcelona Home was very easy and we had no problems when we arrived to the flat. I must say that we feel like being at home!

al llegar al piso notamos que había algunos problemas con el internet, pero el propietario nos lo solucionó rápidamente. Las habitaciones han sido renovadas hace poco y las camas son muy cómodas... el piso esta especialmente limpio y cuidadosamente decorado.

The apartment is big but a bit outdated. The location is great, there was a huge market right outside the door. On the road you have bars, restaurants, supermarkets opened 24 hours some of them. The thing we didn’t like was that it was near a peruvian restaurant and oh boy these customers were noisy, almost every night we had noise until 3 or 4 in the morning, we did not sleep well, and I would’nt recommend going there with kids, it was so noisy , the bedrooms were above the restaurant. Also It would have been nice to have more utensils, which were limited. There are plenty of plates, and glasses, but very limited on ladles , frying pans, there was no microwave. No broomstick, only the brush, no vacuum , you have to buy the washing up liquid, cleaners, kitchen roll, etc...not like airbnb where everything is provided. If you want to stay in And cook it will take time as there is only one frying pan. We loved the location and the flat but without noise would have been better, we didn’t sleep well.
