Sono stato in questo appartamento con dei miei amici e mi sono trovato molto bene! la terrazza ha una vista fantastica. pulizia buona e il proprietario è stato molto gentile con noi, abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con il wi-fi che subito però ci ha risolto. Ve lo consiglio vivamente!

5 friends and I stayed for 5 days at the apartment and had an amazing time. When we arrived we were delighted that we were on the top floor of the building so had a great view of the city. The apartment was very nicely furnished with enough space for 6 people. However, we would say that for sleeping the apartment would be more suited for 4/5 people as the pull out sofa was quite small and hardly fit 2 people. Otherwise had a great time and would definitely return again

We were a family of five and this flat suits us very well. Especially the terrace was much appreciated. There was three bedrooms, two single and one double bed.The fifth bed is the sofa which has a sofa bed integrated. The location is perfect for subway station Urgell and Sant Antoni for taking you around in Barcelona. Also the airport bus stops just around the corner. For improvement it could have been nice to get the cooking gas working. It always nice to have the possibility to boil some eggs, etc. We will suggest to replace it with an electric. The sofa were worn and should be replaced.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The apartment is cozy and welcoming. The terrace is a joy to have, particularly on hot days and it has great views. A couple of things could be done to improve the situation for those who stay for longer periods of time: more kitchen utensils to be able to cook, a few bowls, sharper knives, and wine glasses, and more kitchen towels. We had to buy some and leave them there. Place mats for the dining room table would be nice as well. By the way, the couch in the living room is pealing away. We will probably stay there again, particularly if some of the above are taken care of. Bea was very helpful.

Hi, We recently stayed at the above apartment and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. One thing that could have worked better, when we collected the keys the staff member sent us off in the opposite direction, which meant we walked around the block with bags and children when we had only needed to cross the road. Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse war bei wunderbarer Sonne und mit dem fantastischen Blick über die Stadt ein echter Genuss! Von der Wohnung waren wir enttäuscht- die Fotos waren offenbar vor einigen Jahren aufgenommen- so neu und schön war es längst nicht mehr! Der Preis war daher nicht angemessen- die Wohnung war zwar sauber, braucht aber dringend Sanierung. Sehr gut ist die Lage- zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Altstadt, mit der Metro erreicht man den Rest. Und der Supermarkt, der Bäcker und die Cafés sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt- sehr praktisch. Wir würden wieder in Eixample buchen- aber eine andere Wohnung wählen.

ho solo parole positive per descrivere questo appartamento in cui io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati veramente bene.Pulito ed attrezzato con molti accessori utili per il soggiorno e soprattutto si trova a due passi dalla metro dove si raggiunge facilmente il centro città.Il quartiere dove si trova l\'appartamento è\' tranquillo e ci sono molti supermercati e negozietti per ogni evenienza anche se allontanandosi un pochino facendo due passi a piedi se ne trovano molti altri e anche diversi ristorantini dove si mangia molto bene.Lo consiglio vivamente anche a chi ha bambini perché devo dire che i miei figli si sono trovati benissimo e gli è piaciuto molto.Silvia Ines

Everything about this apartment is fantastic, it is a lovely big bright apartment, the bedrooms are all a great size and the roof terrace is amazing, very spacious, providing panoramic views of the city. The location of the apartment is so central and if you like walking, it is within walking distance to most of the sights of the City. If you prefer to take the metro, there is metro station nearby. There are also some great bars and restaurants on the doorsteps of the apartments and on most of the nearby streets. Check in and check out was so easy and really friendly (thanks again Bea). I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. I will certainly be back again next year. Alan

Organisation de l\\\'accueil sur Barcelone parfaite, l\\\'appartement est juste à côté du bureau de Barcelona Home. Appartement dans un quartier tres central et tres calme, tres agréable avec une terrasse exterieure sur le haut du bâtiment : vue sur Barcelone et sur le musée national. Le logement est idéal pour un couple et deux enfants, plus juste pour deux couples, le deuxième couple étant oblige de dormir dans le canapé lit dans le salon. Gros bémol sur l\\\'équipement de cuisine tres limite: peu de vaisselle, une cafetière italienne qui ne permet la preparation que de deux petits cafés, un peu juste pour le petit déjeuner.

The overall experience in the apartment was just great! The terrace was beautiful with fantastic view over the city. Beds were comfortables and the livingroom spaceous and bright. However we would have appreciated if there would be cleaner equipment in the kitchen. For example the coffeemaker was so dirty and burned down that the first thing we did was to buy us a new one...so if those little blemishes would not be there everything would have been just super cool.

We went to Barcelona during Mobile World Congress and found a reasonable priced apartment near the city center and Placa d'Espanyol. Stuff in the office was very friendly and gave us an quick and informative reception process. Thumbs up for this Bea! :) What I didn't like that much were the 30€ fee for handing over the keys. They weren't shown to us during the booking process or any other stage before arriving in Barcelona and entering the office. Not very transparent. The appartment itself was clean, spacious and had a wonderful rooftop terrace. Bus and subway stations are within five minutes of the apartment and even within busy days during MWC we were always able to get a cab in under 10 minutes. You'll find a supermarket around the corner and other small shops all around the apartment. You'll reach the city center and the beautiful Old Town of Barcelona with a 20 minute foot walk. Overall very nice experience, would recommend and book again.

Pour la 3ème fois, nous avons eu le plaisir de séjourner à Barcelone, et d'approfondir notre connaissance de cette ville étonnante, riche et pleine d'énergie, et d'apprécier l'accueil chaleureux de ses habitants. Pour nous loger, nous avions réservé cet appartement pour 4 personnes, un couple et 2 adultes. Malgré les jolies photos, il apparaît que cet appartement comporte une chambre pour couple, et 2 petites chambres d'enfant (taille XL s'abstenir absolument), et un canapé convertible de secours l'appartement est correctement équipé pour un séjour de moyenne durée Il serait sympathique, pour accueillir les nouveaux arrivants, de laisser quelques dosettes de café ou sachets de thé à leur disposition. A penser ..? Sa petite terrasse permet d'apprécier une vue des toits de ce paisible quartier de Barcelone L'unique salle de bains/wc est très petite et nécessite une parfaite coordination pour éviter les encombrements. Il conviendrait de faire réparer le volet cassé/ouvert de la chambre principale pour les personnes ayant besoin d'obscurité pour dormir. Il faudrait également remplacer celui manquant de l'une des chambres d'enfant. propre, un peu défraîchi, mais calme et bien situé De toute façon .. Barcelone, on aime ! :)) l'accueil et l'accompagnement par l'Agence gestionnaire ont été agréable et bienveillant.

Had a great holiday in the apartment, superb location handy for getting everywhere quickly. We ate on the terrace every day enjoying the stunning view from Montjuic to Tibidado. The kitchen is definitely small but everything else makes up for it!

Thre were no toilet paper, no garbage can, and old coffee pot that did not work very well... and the bathroom was not really clean. But still the apartment and the location were great, we could fully enjoyed Barcelona!

Fin leilighet med flott beliggenhet. Nært til flybuss og undergrund. Litt dårlig utstyr på kjøkken. Fin veranda- hadde vært greit med puter i stolene og en parasoll. Alt i alt veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

We have had a nice stay in the flat. It is large, the terrace is fantastic, the centre is near, the bus stop to the airport just around the corner and a supermarket with very friendly shop assistants only five steps away.

The appartment is located in a amazing place in Barcelona, just a few minutes walk away from the next Metro-Station \"Urgell\". It has a very small kitchen, but very nice rooms and comfortable beds. The terrace is wonderful and you have a great view to Montjuïc. We had a great stay!

A nice appartment. We think the price is not the lowest one but it suited our requirements quite good.
Im sorry but during your staying the department had a higher price because the summer season. next time youre coming to Barcelona i will offer you a special price discount
We enjoyed our stay at the appartment. We stayed with our 2 kids. They both had their own bedroom. The balcony had a nice view. Within a few minutes you can get to Placa de Catalunya wich from there to the beach is our most favorite area. You can have great breakfasts at Moritz wich is 2 bloks away. It\'s clean, it feels save. Only remark. The neighbour was a bit noisy. 2 nights he had the television on and the volume was really loud. One night even till 4.30 in the morning. But earpluggs solved that. Overall, we would definitly rent it again next time.

Stayed here with my family for a couple of weeks during the summer and it was just wonderful!! We all loved the apartment, it was so big and spacey and it looked really modern. One of the bed lamps were broken but this was easily fixed by the landlord. The area was good with nice bars and restaurant, tapas food has since the trip been my favorite!!

we had a wonderful time in barcelona! the apartment was bigger than we expected and with modern furniture.. at first we had some problems with opening the door but this realy nice english girl Amy came to help us! the barrio was also good, nice restaurants and bars especially some good italian ones.

The apartment was clean and well designed, good situated near Plaza España, MONTJUIC and a lot of bars and restaurants. There was a beautiful view on the terrace and the staff was so friendly.

We rented this apartment with my friends and there was enough space for evreyone, before usually when we went travel we booked hotels but after this experience we will rent flats, thank you barcelona-home for a good service.. aparment was very modern and elegant!

Lägenheten hade mycket utrymme och terassen var perfekt med tanke på att vi var där under sommaren.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté et la décoration de l\'appartement, très bon goût et la terrasse fait son effet. Déçu par l\'annonce qui annonce un appartement pour 5personnes mais ce n\'est pas réellement le cas mais trouvé rapidement un accord avec l\'agence et le propriétaire. Cuisine très petite mais tout est à disposition. Belle situation proche du métro.
