En el corazón de la vivienda se encuentra es su espaciosa y elegante sala de estar, con pared de ladrillo a la vista, suelo de hermosos azulejos dispuesto en mosaico y una colección de bonitos muebles en color blanco brillante, que incluyen un sofá, un sillón con reposapiés y mesa para 6 personas mayores de 25 años.
El espacio de la sala de estar se abre a espectacular terraza privada (accesible hasta las 23:00h) con suelo en azulejos de terracota y una acogedora zona de comedor adicional, con mesa para 6. ¡Este es el lugar para sentarse con tus seres queridos y disfrutar de una comida distendida y pausada bajo el sol! Cocinar resulta sencillo en la amplia y moderna cocina, que viene equipada con horno, microondas y cocina. Las preciosas habitaciones dobles vienen con acceso a la terraza o a un pequeño balcón, lo que les convierte en muy luminosas gracias a sus grandes ventanas. Están, además, equipadas con cómodas camas y decoradas en un estilo sofisticado y relajante.

Absolutely great. From the booking process through to picking up the keys to the property the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Great apartments in a very good location. Would highly recommend a d definitely use again.
La location et l\'agencement de l\'appartement sont très bien. Néanmoins, le manque de matériel de cuisine ne permet pas vraiment de rester à l\'appartement sachant qu\'il ne se situe pas en plein centre. Pas de torchon, sac poubelle supplémentaire, ustensiles, vaisselles, etc. De plus, le mobilier vétuste du coin salon n\'apporte aucun confort et n\'a rien à voir avec les photos. Des serviettes et des draps de meilleures qualités et neuves devraient être mise en place. Le propriétaire devrait investir un tantinet afin d\'apporter plus de valeur et de justifier le prix de l\'appartement. (Quelques euros chez Ikea devrait faire l\'affaire). Bien à vous

I stayed in this apartment with 5 girlfriends and had a lovey long weekend in Barcelona. The area was quiet and residential while also being convenient for travel into the city center. Barcelona is an amazing city to visit with lots to see and do.

Having now had a week back in the States form a wonderful tour of Spain, I can\'t say enough about the stay in Barcelona. I really loved this Apartment! It was a little off the touristy part of town, and although at first i was a little concerned, I found it was the ideal place to be! It really was a true city neighborhood, with a small grocery store right below us! We found nice evenings sitting on the terrace to be some of the moments we will never forget. It is very close to the subway and we had no problem navigating the city. All very nice people there. I know people talked a lot about pickpockets there, but we felt very safe. I imagine, as we live in a city, it was something we already are aware of and take precautions for. Felt very comfortable int he city, even riding the train at 2:00 in the morning. I hope we get a chance to visit again. Thank you Barcelona Home for making us feel so at HOME!
L'appartement est grand, spacieux et agréable. Cependant, il n'y avait pas de cafetière pour 6 personnes ni de bouilloire pour le thé. Pas de casseroles non plus. il n'y avait pas de torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle. La climatisation est plutot bruyante. Mais cela ne nous a malgré tout pas empêcher de profiter pleinement de Barcelone!

Gostaria de agradecer a estadia, foi bem boa! O apartamento é bem localizado, perto de vários pontos turísticos, linhas de metrô, mercados e lojas de bebida. Tudo funciona no apartamento e com certeza poder usar a cozinha e a lava-roupas ajudou-nos a economizar. Valeu muitíssimo apena o apartamento para poder descansar entre os dias movimentados na cidade, e,caso voltemos a Barcelona, com certeza vamos dar preferência a apartamentos do mesmo. Abraço!
Our 4-day stay in Barcelona was great. Location of the flat is perfect to explore the city! Staff at the Office were very flexible and helpful, gave us lots of advices and recommended a very good restaurant. When it comes to the appartment - although it is a bit small for 10 people, it is very well equipped.
I came to stay here with 9 friends for a birthday! It was a perfect set up for us, plenty of beds and all the right amenities! The mezzanine was a great way to fit in all the beds, although quite open there are also two other rooms with doors so there wasn\'t an issue at all with the openness. Kitchen was great and the sofa area was a nice space to all sit together. The location was just perfect! So near to everything without being too noisy. Gustavo was great and despite us being delayed from the airport, was there ready to greet us with a welcome gift too! Contact was good and I knew if we needed anything we would have been able to contact quick and easy! Everyone had a great time and we will definitely visit again soon! Really recommend for a large group of friends as the space is just perfect! Thank you SO MUCH for a super trip!
This flat was AMAZING, exactly what we needed! There was 7 of us on a hen do and to all be in one apartment was great fun! There are 2 double bedrooms which are great for those who wanted privacy but the rest of us were cool all sleeping together on the mezzanine area. There were enough beds for one each! The roof terrace was great fun and we had a balcony which meant the flat was nice and airy. Kitchen had everything we needed and all beds had fresh sheets and quilts. The only downside was just one bathroom for such a lot of people and eventually the hot water did run out. However we just had to alternate shower days :) No problem really and it all added to the fun! The area is absolutely amazing, lots of bars, restaurants and shops. Makes such a difference not staying in the tourist areas as everything is more chilled and less expensive. Literally couldn\'t fault our stay. Clara, who gave us the keys and showed us around told us ALL the best places to go and we took her advice and had a great time. She even gave us her contact number if we needed her for anything. So kind. We didn\'t even have to check out, we just left our keys on the side and shut the door. We were even allowed a late check out which was so good as our flight wasn\'t until the afternoon. It really helped as it mean\'t we could go out all day without worrying about our luggage. A truly amazing weekend, and perfect apartment for the price. Thanks, we will come again!
I had a great time in Barcelona, I choosed that apartent because of the Audrey Hepburn\'s pic : I was there for my Sister Stag Party! Super well located, nice ans tidy appartment. Even it has only one shower, we had enough warm water for 11 ladies! Check in & Check out was great, and Gustavo & Renata were available any time for any question regardiing the appartment and anything else! Ok one thing please fix the shower door, except that I was perfect! Otherwise sweet balcony, I wish we could used the roof top!!! Ok, have to be honest, on pic appartment look bigger but it was still perfect because we had enough sit to stay on the lounge !

Lovely apartment with all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would all return. Big enough for 12 girls, so don\'t hesitate to book it if you travel in larger groups. The terrace is perfect for a quiet night.
Great stay. Location was perfect for departure and arrival of the Barcelone half marathon. Also very easy to explore the old towń with a nice small square at the botom to have a coffee. Enjoy.

Este departamento es muy bonito y grande. La cocina está muy bien equipada y cuenta con todos los servicios. Me gustó mucho el diseño y los muebles que no son viejos como en otros lugares.
It has been a great weekend thanks to this great accomodation. Sunny, clean, and nicely decorated, this flat is a really good deal. Close to the metro station and only few minutes walk from Sagrada Familia which is helpful. Awesome welcome as well with plenty of useful informations, maps, and opinion for visits. I recommend it warmly ! Thanks for the host !

We thoroughly enjoyed the use of this lovely apartment. It had a real home from home feel and had everything we needed. We bought fantastic produce from the market (very cheap but excellent quality) and cooked in the apartment every evening - eating out on the terrace. Will come again. Very friendly owner.
I liked this apartment quite a lot. Like the others here, I loved the big terrace. It was so nice to sit on when it was sunny. At night too, it was nice to sit there and have a barbecue.
this apartment was fantastic!! we had a problem with the dishwasher but the problem was fixed on the same day!! great location and amazing view over the city when relaxing on the terrace which was my favorite spot of this place.

the apartment was very close to my favourite spots: sagrada familia! it had all the equipment to also cook a nice meal at home instead of going out for dinner every night. there was no elevator.. so not very comfortable with our big suitcases but we had a wonderful stay in barcelona!
Reeeeally nice flat, loved the terrace!!! and good connections with the metro, only 10mins to the center, we stayed there for a few days, so we didn´t spend much time in the flat, but it was niec to go there after party!!
It was absolutely gorgeous, the service is perfect, even though we arrived late night there was excellent way to check in and get the key for our appartment. In the kitchen, you have anything that you may need to prepare food. You have terrace to go outside for a breath of fresh air. Everything is stylish and comfortable. The location was perfect, close Sagrada Familia, there is subway stops nearby. A lot of restaurants and grocery shops, fast food and etc. There is absolutely nothing that I didn't like. It is perfect...

We had a lovely stay in the large appartment, despite the somewhat gruffy area and the rustic atmosphere- especially the musty first off experience of the staircase.. The apt is well equipped with a large kitchen and nice bedrooms. The balcony is spacious and nice with cover to provide shade, however the furniture could really need an upgrade, being worn out and rickety… Barcelona is lovely and the metro smooth. The sightseeing was great, along with the shopping. We will be back.
