Este apartamento de alquiler por días y temporadas en Barcelona, se encuentra en un típico edificio del Eixample, junto a la Plaza Universitat, una muy céntrica ubicación, para disfrutar lo mejor de Barcelona. El alojamiento ha sido recientemente renovado, elegantemente decorado y totalmente equipado! Dispone de dos dormitorios dobles muy amplios.
El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama doble y un amplio armario para las pertenencias de los huéspedes. También tiene un sofá extra para relajarse y un hermoso balcón desde donde puede observar todo el movimiento del área. El salón es un espacio excelente para sentarse y relajarse en el sofá muy cómodo y grande. La cocina y el comedor también están a la par con el resto del apartamento, totalmente equipado, moderno y listo para su uso, el cliente no se sentirá decepcionado.

Este elegante alojamiento en el centro de Barcelona se encuentra a sólo 150 metros de la Plaça Catalunya, lo que lo hace muy accesible a importantes áreas de interés en la ciudad como el Barrio Gótico y el Borne, así como Passeig de Gracia, donde se encuentran algunas de las mejores obras maestras del arquitecto Gaudí como La Pedrera y la Casa Batlló y las tiendas más exclusivas de la ciudad. También a pocos minutos a pie se encuentran Las Ramblas, el famoso Mercado de la Boquería y a no más de 20 minutos de playa de la Barceloneta. No podrá conseguir mejor lugar para desplazarse por la ciudad y conocer Barcelona a pie, así como conectarse con otros lugares en el transporte público, que está convenientemente, muy cerca de su alojamiento.

Apartment is located right next to the Pl. Catalunya. Even it's in the center , apartment is isolated from the noise , equipped and nicely decorated .

Nous étions 2 couples à voyager pour la première foi à Barcelone et découvrir la ville grâce la location de notre appartement a vraiment été chose facile. Tout était à proximité : transports, magasins, lieux d\'intérêt à visiter etc... L\'appartement est vraiment agréable tant par sa superficie que par sa modernité. Nous avons passons un agréable moment et le prix était abordable pour 4, compte tenu de l\'équipement de l\'appartement.
The apartment is spacious and equipped well, but especially really well situated in the center of Barcelona at few minutes walk from plaza Catalunya. The area is well desserved by the metro.
It was very good communicate, almost in the centre of Barcelona. We loved apartments as they include everything you need. Everything is clean, nice and comfortable. Renting apartments is the best way to live in new city!
It was our first time staying longer in one city and we have decided to book apartments. Everything was great there! It is very cool because apartments was very close to the centre. You do not need something during staying in apartments because everything you need you can find there. We were very glad to work with Barcelona Home.
The apartments was nice but we did not have enough space to put our stuff.. but except this it was nice..
The flat was easy to find. At first we were worried as our flights did not arrive until late in the evening, but the landlord was very helpful and met us at the apartment. We wanted everything to be supplied and not have to worry about public transport and buying essentials. The price was high but definitely worth it and we enjoyed our long stay!

The apartment was in the perfect location to walk to everything and also had 2 metro lines right across the street. There was a small market across the way along with a pharmacy on the corner and plenty of restaurant options close by. It was spacious, clean and full of light. There were plenty of linens, dishes and everyday items needed to make your stay comfortable. It is an elevator building which was a necessity for us. While on the corner across from a major plaza, the apartment was quiet when you wanted it to be by closing the larger shuttered doors or lively if you wanted to sit and enjoy the bustling view. We were especially impressed with the management. Horacio was extremely helpful, attentive and accommodating. He was a text away on any issue, although we had few, and the property caretaker, Juan, lived in the building as well. We would definitely return to the same place for our next stay. A+
