Moderno apartamento de depurado diseño disponible en un precioso edificio histórico en el elegante barrio de L'Eixample. El interior cuenta con suelos de parquet, gran cantidad de luz natural que se proyecta a través de las amplias ventanas y una sofisticado decoración de estilo minimalista y atemporal que le confiere un aspecto limpio y pulcro, aumentando al mismo tiempo la amplitud del espacio.
El salón cuenta con un espacioso sofá negro y una suave alfombra, TV y un rincón que hace las veces de comedor, con mesa para 6. Las habitaciones, amuebladas con armarios y cómodas camas, presentan relajantes tonos y naturales y piezas decorativas escogidas con gusto, tales como cerámicas y fotografías. Nos encanta el clásico hall de entrada al apartamento, decorada con un espejo de gran tamaño con su brillante marco de latón. Durante tu estancia dispondrás también de una cocina totalmente equipada y de estilo contemporáneo, un baño con ducha recubierta en pintorescos bloques de vidrio y un aseo adicional para garantizar tu máximo confort.

The apartment well located close to the centre of Barcelona. Well served by metro and buses.We spent three weeks of our holidays,where every things like shops and markets are at walking distance.The apartment itself facing Gran via road was also at walking distance from the Ole school,where our daughter attended three weeks of Spanish course.Finally the apartment full filled all our necessities. In conclusion we hope to rent again the same apartment next summer and we thanks you for the hospitality. Best regards Piero Natalizia and family

Nice apartment in central location - you have to expect some noise from the street. Good standard and elegant design. We found everything we needed. Good service, we arrived in the middle of the night and it was no problem.
Good location for a good price, clean and comfortable, but not so spacious as in the pictures.
We stayed for a few days at these apartment. I liked everything, good location, near lots of good restaurants, discos and bars. It must be borne in mind that the bedrooms are quite small. But any serious inconvenience we do not deliver. Thank you very much for the girl doing our checking in who was very friendly and kind

I had the best time celebrating my birthday at the apartment and Barcelona. Everything about the apartment was perfect and Gustavo even gave us a generous gift, thank you Gustavo! The great value for money and brilliant location made it even better. Gustavo also mentioned a restaurant called Cuidad Comtal which was the best food I have had and definitely worth the long queue wait. Thanks for a brilliant stay guys, we will definitely stay with you again and party with you! xxx

Our stay was virtually flawless. The apartment was situated, equipped and furnished to perfection, with friendly neighbours. It employed us with a great sense of presence in the bustling city. I would recommend this property to anybody looking to stay in Barcelona.

Clean apartment, very safe neighborhood and very close to the Metro. All I could really ask for is new bath towels, soap and bath mat. Would return to this apartment....
Myself and six friends spent 8 nights in this picturesque apartment in central Barcelona. The location was outstanding, making it super easy for us students, who didn\'t have prior knowledge of our bearings in the city, could get around very easily. The place itself was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the checking-in process was made flawless by our friendly host. A big thank you from us all.
El apartamento es grande y espacioso y además queda muy cerca del centro así que podíamos ir andando hasta Plaza Cataluña en pocos minutos. El equipamiento de cocina podría mejorar un poco ya que no encontramos descorchador de vino, de cualquier manera compramos uno por un precio muy económico y lo dejamos ajhi para los siguientes clientes.

Perfekt plassering - like ved Metro (Urgell). Ok leilighet for 7 personer, men ikke plass for alle i salongområdet. En del støy fra naboleilighet. Største minuset var nok sengene..., en katastrofe!

Stayed here with my dear friend and our kids. Had a lovely time and the Spanish people were very friendly. Clean and nice apartment for a good price. Spent our days on the beach or eating in charming restaurants. The staff was very helpful and listened to us whenever we had a problem.

Barcelona offers the best party ever! We went a group of 7 guys for a weekend. The tickets from Italy were so cheap! barcelona as well :) And with the delis-card we got in for free in a lot of places. amazing!! La gente esta muy loca

tipical spanish apartment with a long corridor and retro furniture. it was nice. the livingroom is good and you have a view over the big street. i was good with so many rooms as we were many people.

I stayed in this apartment with 5 of my friends for the whole summer and I have to say it was just perfect for us. It is very comfortable and well located. There are supermarkets, stores, bars, coffee shops everywhere nearby. The apartment is also well furnished and equiped. We also appreciated the agency and landlord's attention

Vi dro hele familien på tur til Barcelona og hadde en flott uke. Leiligheten var romslig og behagelig, og det var mange koselige spisesteder i området. Bra pris på oppholdet, så vi hadde råd til å bruke budsjettet på å kose oss på ferien.
I have to say that I have two kids so I am very picky when I go on vacation. Fortunately, this apartment had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. It is very well located, furnished and equiped. The client service is perfect. The landlord solved all my petitions before and during my stay. Thanks for all.
