El piso es normal pero la zona es muy bonita y hay muchos restaurantes. Lo recomiendo.
We called this apartment "home" for 10 weeks while staying in Barcelona for the summer. To sum it up, yes we would recommend this apartment. The location was amazing! So close to the Arc de Triomf station (metro and renfe trains!) and in the middle of El Born. The city's best restaurants are all within a short walk. Most major attractions are only a few minutes away by foot... and the beach is a 15 minute walk. The check-in process didn't bother us because we were there for such a long period, but going to an office to pick up keys would have been a hassle if it was a short visit. Apartment was clean, comfortable (AC works well) but having no natural light was a huge downside. I don't think we would have lasted much longer without sunlight. A few weeks would be no problem though! The cool dark apartment was comforting after long days at the beach. Others complained about noises from the stairwell, but we never had issues with this. The building is fairly quiet. The only noise complaint I have to mention is that during our entire stay there was a couple living above us that "made love" very loudly three times per day, every day. I'm being completely serious. Three times, every single day. The price was reasonable, and you will not find better value booking an apartment online. You could find cheaper if you are already in Barcelona, but if you are booking from home before travelling this is great value. We had to change our dates slightly and communication between Barcelona-Home was easy. It was a smooth transactions from booking, to changing, to paying etc. Lastly, the apartment was exactly as pictured. There were no surprises when we arrived!
After staying in Barcelona for a month I think there are better deals to be had on nicer apartments. That said, the apartment is decent and is in a nice, safe area of town in the older part of the city. Be prepared for no natural light and no cell reception. Also prepare to be woken up at all hours of the night by people coming and going (the one window next to the bed opens onto the stairwell). I wouldn\'t say that the kitchen has everything you need- There were some dishes but only a single wine glass, a single bowl, no extra supplies provided (dish soap, cloths, toilet paper). You will pay a cleaning fee but it will be surface level (expect smudges on the glass and dust under the bed). You will also have to pick up the keys at the office when you arrive which is not in the same area as the apartment (an extra stop with all your luggage in tow)
The apartment has air conditioning, enough space for me and is close to everything! very recommended!
The studio is great and it has everything you need to live and feel comfortable. It\'s located in the heart of Born, one of the most trendy and classic areas of Barcelona. Many good restaurants and bars really near. It\'s close to two good subway stations, so you can get wherever you want quite easy and quick.

Apartamento muy bien situado, bien decorado, tranquilo y confortable. Muy recomendable. Un único pero: no hay ninguna ventana, lo que para algunos huéspedes puede resultar algo incómodo. En todo caso, muy recomendable.
Cuando vuelva a Barcelona quiero hospedarme de nuevo en el apartamento que queda cerca del parque de la Ciudadela. Me encantó esa zona, muy bohemio todo.
Our stay at this apartment was brilliant. Apartment was just what we needed, it was clean, tidy and a great location. The neighborhood was also lovely and some nice cafes close by. Would recommend this to anyone looking for a place that is cheap and cheerful.

Proximity to the fresh food markets and transport. Location is good if you want to be in the centre of the tourist district.
I went to Barcelona for an internship. I was surprised to see that the apartment was like the pictures, clean, spacious, well decorated! I immediately felt like home and the kitchen was so beautiful that it made me want to learn to cook good food! I regret the bed of this apartment it was so comfortable!

The location was fantastic, right in the middle of the city, which was really ideal. The apartment was sufficiently big, bathroom was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable, though a bit short for me. We were really satisfied with the place.
We had everything we needed just around the corner! French bakery, the best club in town Magic, the best bars and a supermarket! And just 10 minutes to la Rambla. We extended the contract for longer time. But I think that next time i want to live in Gracia to see that area as well. it is really nice as well

Nice and safe street, good neighbourhood. The neighbours were a bit loud sometime, but it was OK. It was good to have a TV to relax on the evenings.

Excellent experience from beginning to end - the was great and they followed all the preciously agreed to protocols to the letter - they even helped me out on a saturday night when I got locked out - they somone over with no complaints that meant alot to me.
