We stayed with 6 friends in the apartment and it was incredibly spacious, clean and cozy. We loved the location, could not have asked for it to be any better. All the major tourist attractions were very easily accessible from here, also very close to many restaurants and bars but the street is quiet which allows for peaceful rest. Horacio was very helpful, sending many suggestions before we arrived in Barcelona and he was very pleasant and accomodating throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone travelling to Barcelona.

I traveled to Barcelona with my parents, their friend, my fiancee and his mother - 6 adults total. The apartment was more than spacious for us all. The apartment is located in a beautiful old building, in a more upscale residential area. It's nice and quiet, but also not far from everything, 2 streets to Catalonia square and magnificient Passeig de Gracia with major Gaudi masterpicies. Horacio is the most helpful and nicest host I've ever dealt with. Prior to our trip, he sent me two emails with tons of information on things to do, places to see and where to eat. It was extremely helpful, especially with having to make plans for 6 adults - not an easy task. Upon arrival, Horacio walked us through everything in the apartment. He stocked us up on body wash, coffee pods, and even had wine waiting for us. He also sat down with my parents, showed them points of interest on the map, and how to get to them. Barcelona is a beautiful city and this place definitely made the experience even better. We had a wonderful time here. Thank you f or everything!

First of all many thanks to Horacio who was from the first contact on, even before we arrived, the best host you could have. The appartment itself is georgious! Very spacious in a wonderful old style building (well renovated) well furnished and the most important - very clean. It is well located. You find a supermarket just opposite and Plaza Catalunya with all possibilities of public transportation and the Beginning of La Rambla a 5 min walk away. We can highly reccomend this appartment.

Our stay at the flat was enjoyable The whole check in and out process was really smooth and we had no problems. The flat was clean and comfortable and the location of the apartment was perfect. It was really central to lots of bars and restaurants and there was a lovely little bakery just across the street. Beware the photos make the apartment look a little bigger than in reality, but the cosiness of it all just added to the authentic 'city-living' feel, and for 8 of us sleeping, there was enough space. Good value for money and a great location - to be recommended!

This apartment is an excellent choice in the heart of the Eixample, few meters to Catalonia square, epicenter of Barcelona, and Famous Las Ramblas, though much closer to Passeig de Gracia and Rambla Catalonia. The place looks exactly like the pictures. There were 8 of us, so we really appreciated how the apartment was laid out - there are doors that shut and can provide privacy for relaxation. The flooring is original tile and the ceilings are high and beautifully appointed. The air conditioning units work very well and the dishwasher and washer/dryer worked well, too. The lighting is quite good in the apartment, which is not always the case in Europe. You can tell much thought was put into the renovation as it was very well done. The bathrooms are both very spacious and the kitchen has nice appliances and even a Nespresso coffee machine. There is a full-sized refrigerator, too. The living room furniture is quite comfortable and we enjoyed hanging out there. The 4 balconies are small but a nice touch. We figured out not to use the dryer with the air conditioning or dishwasher at the same time. Remember electricity in Europe works differently than in the US. We were checked in by Horacio who was very kind and patient with my elderly parents, and who also booked a taxi to take us to the airport and a private excursion to beautiful Penedes’ vineyards. We'd definitely stay here again!

Le logement est bien décoré et coloré. C\'est sympa d\'y séjourner. Il est près du centre de Barcelone et du Passage de Gracia, où se trouvent pas mal de boutiques et de restaurants.

Horacio is a great host: responsive, nice and straightforward, he was very prompt with his communication and this continued throughout our stay.. His flat is in excellent condition, beautifully decorated, and it's gigantic. With three large bedrooms, all modern amenities, higher-end feel, and central location you get excellent value. There are three air conditioning units that cooled the entire apartment, which in a Barcelona summer is required. We had no problems with the fast wifi and enjoy watching the Tv with international channels. Overall, the flat is very comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. Horacio made us feel extremely welcome with a bottle of Cava already chilling in the fridge, a fruit salad on also mineral water and some chocolates. The location was amazing, being only 2 minutes from Catalonia square, a major hub for public transportation, where you can get to tourist hop on-hop off buses, Las Ramblas and Boqueria market and also to glamorous Passeig de Gracia, that is the Fifth Avenue of the city, home to all the big luxury brands, such as Chanel, Valentino and Hermes. With plenty of local shops, bars and quality restaurants on your doorstep, it was hard to use the well equipped kitchen. There is a supermarket and a bakery just crossing the street and two subway stations, only two stops away to Barceloneta beach. The best, we could walk to some of the best attractions such as Palau de la Musica, La Pedrera, Casa Batllo and the Macba, that were within 5 minutes from the apartment. I would definitely recommend this apartment! We had a fabulous holiday in Barcelona made significantly better by Horacio´s wonderful apartment and hospitality. Thanks Horacio!!!!
