Luksus duplex i Barcelona

J'ai passé 2 mois dans ce superbe duplex lorsque j'ai effectué mon stage en Espagne. Je m'y suis sentie comme chez moi et ca a pour sûr contribué au fait que mon séjour ce soit très bien déroulé.

Es es lugar acogedor, sería perfecto, si no hubiese niños correteando mientras uno duerme , por lo demás todo bien. Es recomendable alquilar plaza de parking, si se alquila un coche.

Nous avons passé une très bonne mois à Barcelone, l'appartement était très bien, un peu sombre tout de même, lieu calme, proche du métro et du bus. Très bon accueil pour la remise des clés.

We really enjoyed our stay in this bright modern apartment. The photos make it look a bit larger than it appeared in person, but it really was great to have this whole place instead of a hotel. You step in off the street directly into the living room and kitchen area. The bath, bedroom and closet are on the loft. The front is two stories of windows( but frosted somehow for privacy) to let in light. At night you can draw the enormous red curtains over them. It's a quiet neighborhood, although you can hear other people in the building moving around. The managers were friendly and punctual about meeting us and helping out. They communicated well before and during the trip even though we had to do it by email. WIFI worked great. At one point a small amount of shower water dripped down into the kitchen. I emailed the managers about it. By evening the owner showed up with plumbers to address the problem. Fixed! The Rambla area is an easy 20 minute walk or quick metro ride (3 short blocks away). Small neighborhood restaurants, bars, convenience stores are within a block. Do try the Catalon restaurant a block or two past the Sortidor plaza and on the left corner, recommended by the owner of the apartment. I don't recall the name but you can ask. They had huge kettles of snails and other local dishes that looked wonderful. We didn't try them all because we'd filled up on tapas earlier at another place.

We have had great time. I loved the location, so close to the main big spots, yet tucked away in a small old time neighborhood.

L'appartement est parfaite et bien située. C'est plus petit que les photos le laissent croire. Quartier sécuritaire et vraiment très près du Métro et de bons restaurants. Il ne faut pas manqué le restaurant Tickets sur la rue Parrallèle. Très bon service de la part de Judit qui était chargé denous remettre les clés de l'appartement

My husband and I arrived at the apartment and was pleasantly surprised. It was just as pictured and the check in and out went very smoothly. The apartment is located a short 4 blocks from the metro that connects you to all of Barcelona. We found the Butcher, Fruit and Veggie, and Bakery on the way back from the Metro stop and on the corner is . a great little store with all the essentials. Very Comfortable and short walk to the Magic Fountains in Montjuic. Can't wait to go back. Lovely apartment to stay in and great location not to far from everything but far enough to be quiet.

We had a great time. Good location for walking to everything. The apartment was in pristine condition, very clean and well equipped.

A comfortable, spacious apartment close enough to the main tourist areas but the immediate vicinity had a pleasant 'local' feel about it. We sampled several of the bars and restaurants on Placa Sortidor and joined the locals and witnessed a noisy but peaceful protest meeting one evening. Our favourite spot in Barcelona was Montjuic which was within walking distance.
