The spacious interior of the home presents a minimalist style, one that comes across as very elegant in this case. The grey tones predominant throughout the house make it especially easy on the eye. As you enter the building you will pass through a hallway with ceramic floors to the bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, microwave and oven, alongside all the accessories necessary for cooking a nice meal. The latter space is also decorated with beautiful marble counter tops and cabinets. Out on one of the two terraces you will find a lovely collection of a table and chairs for you to be able to enjoy dining outside in this desirable climate. The spacious second terrace is furnished with a large sofa and table for a relaxing evening out- perfect for a glass of wine to wind down after a long day of sightseeing!
This house can accommodate up to 9 people, but is a perhaps more comfortable for parties of 5. The large master bedroom features soft pastel colours with soft lighting for the nighttime, creating a truly captivating and very lovely environment. There is also a twin room and a single, both of which are very nicely decorated and have sunlight gushing through the window all day! The bedrooms come with big white cupboards allowing for plenty of storage for your luggage to make you feel at home. Wi-Fi is included in the house, perfect for keeping the kids quiet, and finding directions to your favorite sites before you leave the house.
It is very popular to rent a car when visiting Barcelona so that you can head up the coast to do some more exploring in Costa Brava or Costa Dorada. Parking is known to be quite tricky in Barcelona, so it is indeed a very significant benefit of this house that it comes with its very own garage. A very uncommon benefit in Barcelona, and one to surely be taken advantage of!
Public transportation in Barcelona is also fantastic! From the nearest metro station, Alfons X (Line 4) you will have access to the rest of the city in a matter of minutes. You can also get the 55 and 114 bus, just a few minutes´walk from the house.
