It exists over 50 museums in Barcelona, and some of them are free on Sundays from 3:00 pm to 20:00 pm, the first Sunday or Wednesdays of the month, often on Saturdays. You got it, you only have to check the free entrance day of the Museum you want to visit. It depends on the Museums but almost all of them are free on Sundays afternoon.

# 1 Barcelona History Museum (MUHBA)

The MUHBA Museum exhibits the historical and well-preserved ruins, that have been discovered by archeologists and share historical and cultural heritage of Barcelona from its beginning to nowadays. The museum first opened in 1943 and currently is located in the Plaça del Rei.

# 2 Picasso Museum

# 3 Botanic Garden

# 5 Maritime Museum

# 6 Catalan Art National Museum (MNAC)

You will learn more than you think and pass near to the Magic Fountain located in front of the museum.

# 7 Blau Museum
It is a natural science museum where you can learn more about the Earth and the evolution of life. In the entrance you will face a whale skeleton; this whale was actually found on the beach in the 19th century. The museum presents the Earth like a living being and tells its history. Come to visit this museum and feel like you are having a travel back in time in the Earth’s life.
