Tibidabo Mountain
Tibidabo is a mountain overlooking Barcelona, a product that combines an amusement park and vintage transport with some of the top rides, attractions and many of Barcelona’s top views. At 512 meters stands the tallest mountain in Serra de Collserola. The amusement park is the oldest in Barcelona and it retains some original rides which date back to the turn of the 20th century.

The Vintage Transport
The Blue tram, also known as Tramvia Blau, was built in 1901 and is considered to be the most environmentally friendly way of transportation to the park and back. Certainly getting on allows you to travel back in time while enjoying the views of Barcelona until you reach the bottom of the funicular station, where you will then ride the funicular up to the skywalk at the amusement park. This mode of transportation is also dated back to over a century ago.
The Amusement Park
The Tibidabo amusement park is considered to be one of Barcelonas best attractions. Located on top of mount Tibidabo along the Collserola Ridge this fascinating park is great to spend a day loaded with fun. This park also takes pride in its green are and is very eco friendly with over 10 million trees on the property.

The amusement park dates back to over a 100 years ago. Known to be one of the oldest in the world, this park will allow you to learn the history, discover the different areas and experience thrills and spills that are fun for all ages. This amusement park has over 25 rides and attractions for all of you that love an adrenaline rush. In addition, younger kids can also participate in all the fun as there are many rides and costumed characters that will make the walk through he park even more enjoyable!
The Skywalk and Other Attractions
The Skywalk stands 500 meters above sea level and shows the beautiful city views of the entire city. This monument is also home to four main attractions that can be individually purchased to ride.

There are a handful of other attractions that you can enjoy such as the Museu d´Automates . This museum has a collection of automatons that date back to the 19th century. Here you can also find a massive hall of mirrors decorated with dazzling visual effects, which was a recipient of the prestigious FAD design award, the Miramiralls. If you enjoy attractions more to the spooky side, you must visit the Hotel Krüeger in July!
Other spots and service areas
However, as a treat for all you food lovers, the park offers its visitors different services such as plenty cafes, restaurants, indoor dining and a variety of games. This will all make your daytrip to the amusement park and Tibidabo mount even more exciting!
However, if you gravitate towards peace and quiet, you may want to stay in the courtyard and church area.

- Transport: 196 bus; Service commences at 7.30am frequency about every 15 minutes. Last bus departs 30 minutes after the amusement park closes.

- Prices: Prices vary according to the height of visitors: Over 1.2m: 28,50€. Under 1.2m: 10,30€. Under 90cm: free. The price includes admission and unlimited access to to all rides and attractions.
- Schedules: March 2nd- December 30th. Open on weekends and public holidays. Also open from September 3rd through the 8th.
- Parking and car parks: Don’t forget to park your car in the Tibidabo-Vall d’Hebron car park for just €4.20 per day and gain admittance to the Park using the shuttle bus.
