Moto GP Barcelona

It is not hard to see as you walk around the city of Barcelona that one of the most popular ways of getting around is via motorbike. It should come as no surprise then that the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya has consistently hosted Moto GP races.

From the first World Championships in 1949, the sport has grown more and more in popularity and size. Today many of the top riders come from the region of Catalunya including  Dani Pedrosa and Marc Marquez. It can be truly electric and a unique way to experience the city of Barcelona.

How to get to Moto GP Barcelona:

Train:

Line R2 to Montmeló and from here you can walk for 30 minutes or take a taxi. There is also a shuttle bus available during big events.

Bus:

There is a service which runs during the MotoGP Barcelona which sets off from the corner of Passeig de Sant Joan and Diputació. A return ticket cost €9 and the journey takes approximately 45 minutes. The service is run by Sagalés.
