It is situated in the neighborhood of the Sagrada Familia, a very quiet district close to the city center. In the surroundings, you will find many restaurants, shops, bars and places to visit, as well as the unfinished work of art of Antoni Gaudi which gave its name to the district, the Sagrada Familia. A few meters away you can reach the Paseo Gaudí, and discover beautiful modernist street lamps created by Pere Falqués.

- 7 days before the arrival of customers, we will make a pre authorization on your card remaining 50% of the rental price.
- If the customer decides to cancel the reservation 7 days before arrival in any case we will refund the prepayment of 50%, if the cancellation will be done in less than 7 days , total reservation cost will be charged

There is not so much privacy between the people as it does not have a real walls. All in all it is a good apartment, new and clean.
