This place is perfect for students and people looking for a shared flat for a long stay in Barcelona. This consists in a single room in a central and cosy accommodation. It comes with a single bed, a wardrobe and a desk turned towards the window which provides plenty of natural light. The bedroom is simple but includes all the essential for a very comfortable stay.
The flat consists of three other bedrooms and the common areas (kitchen, living room and bathroom) are to be shared amongst the flatmates. It features a terrace with stunning views over the church of Sagrada Familia and the park Gaudi. The building comes with a doorman, the area is quiet and safe and provides all types of services such as supermarkets, local markets and one of the biggest library of Barcelona. It is well served by public transports, offering an easy access to the beach from Calle Marina.

It is not very modern but good if you come for Erasmus and want to live close to the center. It has everything you need and a good price.
Really good place for students. Well connected and central. Room was quite small but I only slept there. Most of the time I was out or sitting with my awesome flatmates in the living room

I liked it here. It had everything I needed. A bit to small but i spended most of my time outside of the apartment so I didnt really care. Absolutely OK.
