Gitza
Gitza is a school of dance located in Barcelona. This school was founded in 2014 with the desire to create a formative and enriching space for all people who want to learn to dance belly dance, either professionally or as a hobby. In this dance school is the focus also on the roots of this dance.
The school was founded by the dancer and teacher Gitza who laid the foundation on which the philosophy of the school lies “forming dancers, enriching lives, cultivating art”.
They consider dance a way of life and the mission is to spread this philosophy with their work. They are surrounded by great professionals who support this work. The goal of Gitza dance school is for people to approach dance without fear, to know their body, to learn to express through movement and to learn technique, culture and style in order to practice dance of the belly.
They provide modern dance classes for children (5 to 12 years old), salsa, contemporary dance, tribal and belly dance for all ages and genders, there are no limits or restrictions, the important thing is that you want to learn to dance and have fun.
