Chic contemporary vacation home with large pool available just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of the Costa Dorada. The 3-story house comes with a spacious living room, with a lounge area complete with elegant beige couches, as well as a sophisticated dining space with a beautiful glass table and access to a furnished terrace through floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, which also allow plenty of sun to shine in. The living room boasts an exquisite decoration, with dark purple walls, carefully chosen artwork and exotic figurines. You will find a precious modern kitchen with high quality finishes and a lovely dining nook on the same floor, as well as a simpler kitchenette with black cabinets and long black table on another floor of the building. The latter connects to a lounge space with a unique corner couch and bar, a great spot for a nice aperitif before dinner. The residence boasts 4 bedrooms - 2 simple doubles with 2 individual beds each, a romantic double and an impressive suite with a double bed, his and hers basins in front of a grand mirror, a jacuzzi and access to a fabulous terrace overlooking the pool deck. The outdoor area features smooth wooden floors and is complete with lounge chairs and a ping-pong table.
The house is located in Segur de Calafell, a coastal town with a beautiful port, seafront promenade and beaches. We recommend renting a boat at Club Nautico and exploring the coastline. Or visit Calafell Water Park, a guaranteed good time for the whole family. For a delicious meal of authentic Catalan food try Restaurante Llamas nearby.

This house is simply amazing! There is everything for everyone. The location is great, the house is spacious, it\'s very clean, I am really glad I spend my holidays in Spain with another couple. We went there for a week and I didn\'t want to go home. The area is also very good, you can do a lot of things, you don\'t have to drive an hour to find a place to eat or to have a drink. If you like beeing outside, this is a perfect place.
